 + -1 moreIf we have any problems they will come back at no charge. Their price is great and they are very nice. Each person who comes out does the areas that I have for him to do, they are very responsive and I've been happy with them for many years.
Description of Work: They spray inside and outside our 3,500 square foot home for ants, spiders, etc. They come quarterly and we pay per visit.

 + -1 moreThey are a honest and a reliable company. They always call to confirm the appointment and leave a note of service if I'm not home. They will even come back out free of charge and spray again if I have a problem.

They always call first to let me know when they're coming and are very accommodating to my schedule. They are very careful of my property and I think they are the best exterminating company around.  + -1 moreI was very happy we found a company like this one, as we no longer have any problems with insects in our home. They will even give you a free visit and spraying during the year in between their usual visits if the case calls for it, which we think is really excellent.
Description of Work: They spray both the inside and outside of our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on a quarterly basis as part of a service contract. They spray for ants, roaches, spiders, and all indigenous insects.

They are dependable and we have not had any insect problems until this termite issue arose. They took care of it with their usual dependable service.
Description of Work: They treated my house for termites, when their first try of bait boxes didn t work; they returned and placed another type of system which was successful at no further cost to me.

 + -1 moreIt turns out that the company s owner lives close by, so he is now helping most of the neighborhood with pest control. He is a very astute and dedicated contractor that really knows what it takes to clear out any infestations. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: We needed to be tented before we moved in and they did this for us. They surrounded the entire empty house with a special tent and bombed it with chemicals, which were needed to kill all general localized pests ranging from ants to spiders. This was not part of a service contract and my house stands about 3000 square feet in size. This took about two days to complete in total.

 + -1 moreA Vanish Pest Control comes and inspects my home for termites anytime I think I might have a problem. If I call them they usually come immediately. I am satisfied with the service and they are good people.
Description of Work: We have an annual service agreement with A Vanish Pest Control. This covers dry wood termites. They inspect every year and if termites are found they will tent the house.

 + -1 moreI WAS EXTREMELY UPSET WITH THEIR SERVICES. I CALLED THEM TO TREAT A COUPLE PIECES OF FURNITURE IN ONE ROOM. THE SERVICE MAN APPLIED AN ELECTRICAL CURRENT THEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME $350.00. I PAID HIM $150.00 AND TOLD HIM TO KEEP THE FURNITURE.
