Arrived on time, professional and thorough; excellent cleaning service, highly recommend.

Petter, the owner, Claudia, his manager, Miriam and the windows pressure washer (whose name I do not recall) did a thorough job working from 9:30am until 5pm. The home is 2226 square feet, 2 bedrooms, an office and 2 1/2 baths. No cabinet, window track, appliance, floor section was left unchecked and rechecked, cleaned and recleaned. This crew of 4 brought their own materials, cleaning utensils, power window washer, vacuums and were dedicated cleaners, true professionals, for all the hours they worked. My sister was with me and she also was very impressed with their work. The home, at the end of the day, looked like a brand new home, never inhabited. The attitude of all crew members was positive, friendly and professional. They were easy to work with, reliable and hard-working. What more can you ask for? Nothing. Parenthetically, Petter's prices are not inexpensive. But the truth is, with this business, you definitely get the full value of what you pay for. I heartily recommend them and will likely retain them again.

Plenty of reminder calls and e-mails before to confirm date and time. Arrived right on time. Brought all their own cleaning equipment and supplies. Came home after work and NEVER had the house this clean before. What a joy.

The team was on time. Very pleasant. They put the S in service. It doesn't take too much to give good service and this team went overboard . I will definitely be using them again. I wish the company well. I have been looking for a good cleaner for a while, the price is a lot more than I am used to payong but it was well worth it. I didnt get everything thing done but I will have to plan better next time. I don't usually comment on my experience but I had to this time. It is because of comments on Angie's list why I am able to find such good service.

Choosing professional cleaning services was new territory and the AL reviews proved helpful. Noting reviewer's communication concerns, I requested a bi-lingual staff member when scheduling the appointment. Prior to their arrival, I cleared the decks to minimize shifting of "stuff" from here to there. The owner Petter, his staff and I did an initial walk through as I shared my priorities like washing of all floors. Overall, it was a good first time experience and the ladies worked hard, continuously for 4&1/2 hrs. Petter's schedule flexibility allowed for additional time when it was needed. The ladies folded clean towels, changed the sheets, cleaned bathrooms and most everything else in their path from one end of the house to the other. Several oversights; mildew in the shower & dirt on the top of door frames were surprising, but immediately addressed when called to their attention. My expectation didn't include reviewing each room, but the job is multi faceted and Alba invited me to look over the first bedroom & bath when finished. I imagine pacing a new job with time limits is challenging. After their departure, I saw some things were missed; LR window sills, decorative glass items on them, base board @ head of the bed and a few other surfaces. I do feel this would have been remedied, had I called. House guests were due for a ten day stay, so I addressed those issues myself. In the bigger picture, the best part was not having to do it all myself. I appreciate their use of Green cleaning products and provision of all supplies. Health issues slow my pace on the domestic front and timing was great for a trial run. While a weekly cleaning service isn't in the budget, I would call in the "Green Maid" Cavalry again. They conveyed an interest in customer satisfaction and I'm confident any wrinkles from the first experience could be smoothed next time. Thanks, ladies..... Our visiting family members were welcomed in to a freshly cleaned home and a good time was had by all :-).

I've used them several times. The first couple of times, they came together and then after that, they came separately. It seemed like when they were there together, they did a really good job, but when it was the other woman that came by herself, it wasn't a good job. Therefore, I ended up discontinuing their services.

On time, on estimate and great job.

I knew my house needed a good cleaning. I have a housekeeper I have had for about 10 years, but the job was not really getting it done. So, I looked on Angie's and saw Maid Green. I am REALLY impressed. They showed up on time, with their own equipment and supplies, and did a SIX hour cleaning on my 1800 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. I came home from work and could not believe what a difference there was. Everything was spotless - even the A/C vents on the ceilings were all cleaned. The floors have never looked better. It may be a few dollars more, but you get what you pay for. Vey satisfied.

The first time they came was the best, after that they just did an average job. Yes they used environmentally friendly products but they charged way to much for the average job they did. The owners were always very nice and accommodating.

There were 2 ladies that came out. They were great. They were on time, very professional. They came in, got an overview of the house and just started cleaning. They were hard workers. They just cleaned the entire time they were here and did a great job.

3 Maid Green employees arrived precisely on time. 1 person only washed windows and floors, and the windows were very well-done Windows not accessible from the balcony were not washed. The owner visited the work site during the morning and assisted with the windows. The conditions in which the Maid Green people were forced to work were difficult at best, with ongoing construction involving production of sawdust and equipment in most rooms . The 2 main cleaners worked without a single break from 9a to 5p, when condominium rules required them to leave. They did the best job that they could, but the results were not up to my standards. This is not intended as a criticism of Maid Green; they did the best they could under the circumstances, but several areas were missed, e.g. under counters.

Unfortunately, they broke an alarm cable that was wired into the master bath screen but that could happen to anyone and we will call on this company again.

Excellent. They showed up 10 minutes early with the correct equipment and worked nonstop until the job was completed to my satisfaction.

I called and left a message during business hours (9-4) on a Friday, its been two weeks and I didn't get a return call. I then posted my review stating such on Angie's list and immediately got a call from the company. The manager that contacted me was very apologetic for the delay in getting an estimate. Asked if there was anything she could do, that my experience was un-acceptable to her company. She was supportive and nice. I was pleasantly surprised at the power an Angie's list review had!
