This company has always been great at communication. We did all the scheduling, etc via email/text. The final price given was $290, and we were sent a credit cars authorization form to fill out ahead of time. Received several reminders of the scheduled appointment, and on the day of, my husband got a call that the techs had some car trouble and would be about 20 minutes late. They did arrive at that expected time. I was at work but my husband said that John and Art were awesome. Art did the upstairs windows outside, and he offered to open the hurricane shutters on the 3 clerestory windows at 25 feet high of our living room, to clean the windows. They finished in the estimated time of 3 hours, and were very careful not to damage anything (I had moved all breakables from in front of the windows the night before). When I got home from work, it was like walking into a new home! The windows are spotless—probably cleaner than the way the builder left them when we moved into this house over 16 years ago!

Teresa, co-owner of this business, was extreme helpful, pleasant and professional. I was very pleased with the housecleaning job done by Carla and Julie. They were thorough, professional, efficient and pleasant. I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again. I agreed to the 2-workers / 3-hour special @ $189 (-$10 discount). All cleaning supplies, vacuum, mops, buckets, etc. are included in the Company's price. The workers may also use the homeowner's personal products on certain furniture pieces if the homeowner prefers.

I purchased an offer from Angie's list for 6 hours of cleaning for $189. They did not arrive at 10:30am as booked but rather 11am. They called me at 2 pm to let me know they would need more time to finish the house and it would cost $70 an hour. For each additional hour. They had not worked on the kitchen or the dining room. I have had folks clean my house since I moved in in 1999, and the most someone has taken to clean my house when there was just one person is 4 hours. I think with two people, they should have been able to clean my house in three hours, and if not, they should have informed me before starting. I had a lot of back and forth with the employer and she said there was nothing they could do. I do not recommend this service. Look around, as I plan to. There is bound to be a reputable coming that can assess ahead of time what it it going to take to clean your whole house and stick with the agreed amount. Anyone can stretch hourly work to get more money. I will not prepay for another Angie's list offer

Could not ask for better service. In constant contact with provider who asked for specific needs if any so that team could be thoroughly prepared to handle requests. The two-woman team was punctual, pleasant, professional. Cleaned bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces and kitchen.

Maid Green is wonderful. I try to use them monthly, but I think May was the last time. I've been a customer for awhile so I think I'm kind of grandfathered in on the price. They're good. They do what they say they're gonna do and they're right around the bend from me, actually, so it's very convenient for them to come here.

Cleaning technicians are prompt, friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with. It's more expensive than hiring an individual but it's also very reliable and professional service.

Horrible service, stay away. They do not clean well. Staff always seem rushed and pay no attention to detail. Dragging dirty and smelly trash bags all over the property. They failed to clean many of the most basic areas, completely voided the finer details.

They showed up on time. Only issue is they didn't clean too well. They never scrubbed. The bathroom vanity drawers were empty and they didn't clean them . The sliding door track was still dirty. Vanity in both bathrooms were just wiped down and not properly cleaned. It seemed like it was more for show then actual cleaning. The ladies seemed nice but they were chatting more than really working.
