Santiago and his team were amazing. I noticed the drywall on my ceiling was beginning to cave in due to water damage. I called Instacure and that day Santiago gave me a very honest assessment of what needed fixing. The next day him and his team not only completely redid the dry wall of my room but he treated all the black mold that was starting to form. They work both fast and diligently. Very very nice people too! Cannot reccomend highly enough!

Very professional and ethical. Great communication and in time. Had a leak on my upstairs bathroom that affected my ceiling and part if a sofit in the kitchen area, both areas were replaced, popcorn added and it looks like nothing ever happened. Santiago the owner is a real pro and I highly recommend his services.

Pro worked his schedule around that of our tenant and thoughtfully included me with job details and prognosis. Easy payment terms but need to eliminate charge card fees and work electronic payments into his business or risk losing future business.
