John came by to look over some small projects I needed to have done. The main thing I needed was to have some previously purchased grab bars installed in two bathrooms. Before performing the installations, John came up with several useful suggestions that never even occurred to me. And to my pleasant surprise, he said he could do everything now as opposed to returning later. He did an amazing job and didn’t take long at all. I recently moved into my home and have been looking for a good handyman. I definitely have found one!

He was prompt and arrived the time he said he would arrive. He was thorough in having me show him the areas that needed repairs and acknowledged he could do them. He also told me what type of screws and sealer he would use. He gave me the written contract and reviewed it before having me sign off. He showed up the next morning as scheduled and did a good job on the repairs. He cleaned up the area before leaving.

I am a property manager and first impressions are very important. The technician tried to upcharge me 30$ last because he did not explain how he wanted payment. He was extremely unproffesional and did not explain our options for repair thouroughly. He dumped trash outside of his car and when we asked him to pick it up he just threw it in a different corner. There was a strong body odor coming off of the technician. He was not clean and left a very negative impression with the office. Would never recomend to any tenant or friend. Instead i recommend Angie remove him from their suggestions as to not damage their reputation. NEVER AGAIIN
