Joe called me within minutes of me hanging up with the Angi rep. I Switched scope of project, he pivoted, arrived on time, worked the problem, quoted a reasonable price, finished on time, and left the area better than how he found it! All with a smile and grateful for the opportunity. I will hire Joe on my next home project!

Joe contacted me about 30 minutes after I’d requested a handyman to replace some weather stripping on some outside doors. He arrived about an hour later to provide me an estimate, which was reasonable to me. Hired him on the spot and he got the job done in about an hour which included going to Home Depot to pick up the weather stripping. Very satisfied with his service and work. Will hire him again for other handyman work.

Horrible! Left open an 8x3 hole in garage ceiling exposing 2nd-floor plumbing. Never came back to finish work with multiple excuses... **my mother is sick, my father had open heart surgery in Texas and I forgot to take my phone** He guaranteed **I will be there on Wednesday** and never showed up or called ( He told us **guaranteed** 2 other times after that, too and never showed!). I paid $600 for what he did and left an open ceiling. All this started on July 3. He is not reliable. I have to get somebody else now to finish the work.

Joseph came to provide a quote, for my noisy ceiling fan, on very short notice. Was able to identify and fix the issue without having to replace the fan. I certainly appreciated his honesty and his efforts!

The individual works under **Happy Home Handyman Service** but as the name is not legally registered he does all work and takes payment to his personal name. Upfront he requested a large amount of money up front which we negotiated for half what he wanted to begin and he would being the following week. But in the two weeks we had him he came once in the morning and the other two times after mid day as he was working in other projects. The fourth time to arrive he did not and we could not locate him claiming he had a bad headache and was not available. My mistake paying anything up front and over the years I have learned that if you do not have a registered business entity, that if you ask for money up front before beginning any work and that the progress of work is sporadic and not being able to communicate on a scheduled day results in problems. We cut our monetary losses short on what he was paid and terminated his services. Compared to other quotes received afterwards from others, he is not necessarily cheap thankful that the mayor task in work and cost was not begun besides other requested tasks. In a haste of time and needs I overlooked the signs I am detailing and proceeded to hire him. In a regular situation I would never had proceeded.

I was skeptical about hiring a handyman but Joseph explained what needed to be done and explained step by step. Joseph was knowledgeable, very detailed and polite. Joseph did our shower tile work, grouting and took care of minor detail. I will definitely hire him for future projects. I give him a 10 out of 10.

Joseph was extremely professional and upfront about the project and its cost. He recommended things based on my needs and arrived and completed the projects on time and perfect. He installed our new front door which included drilling hardware holes for the locks and hinges, it looks amazing and is super sturdy and clean. He also rehung our bedroom door and did some nice woodwork to make sure the fit was just right. He corrected some minor tile work in front of the door, to assure a perfect opening and closing. Finally he hung our new tv bracket in the bedroom with ease. I will be suing his services again and also recommend his work for anyone searching.
