I contacted this company early Monday morning a gentleman answered the phone and I told him that I wanted to make an appointment to go to their nursery to see their product ( their website specifies by appointment only) He asked what I needed I told him I needed the a hedge plant to which he replied "Clusia" and I said "yes that's the one." He asked how many I needed, I replied about 30 or 40 and that's when the conversation went south. He proceeded to tell me he could not give me an appointment because he has large orders and could not waste his time with someone that only needs that quantity. Here is the irony, on their website it clearly states that you can buy a minimum of 30 PICK-UP or DELIVERY. When I confronted him with this information, yelled mam' I don't have time for this. Needless to say I used a few choice words to let this gentleman know how very rude and disgusting his customer service interactions are. Do not use this company! Shame on him.
