I've had 3 electric retractable awnings for 16 years. I had a variety of major and minor issues that my original vendor was uninterested in handling unless he could squeeze major dollars out of me. I took solutions advice and bids from multiple vendors and chose Fabis. 1. Solutions were excellent. 2. Pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. 3. Customer service was prompt, efficient and clear. 4. Installation and repairs were executed flawlessly. They've been in business for decades and will be my vendor for any future issues.
