Mr. Salazar was extremely helpful. He explained the laboratory results of the test performed by the other company, and he provided a lot of insight. He seems very knowledgeable and I would definitely hire his company to help with mold issues.

I cannot express the level of service we received from Enviro Pro. We call them today for Mold Testing. They came over under 45 mins and were able to visually inspect and review my home. We had some mold in the walls in our bedroom and living room. Our kids kept getting sick and we did what we could to get rid of the smell. In under one hour they were able to take samples - test the air quality and begin some type of sanitizing work in a matter of hours. We love the service! Thank you thank you thank you Enviro Pro

As a long time homeowner and resident of south florida, I always experience difficulty finding companies that are professional, punctual and ethical. Enviropro, is the epitome of what a homeowner hopes for. I do not have enough words to express how grateful I am to the work they have done in my home. From the owner, to the employees that actually do the work, I can attest to quality of service, consistent punctuality and candid communication about the work they are doing every step of the way. They actually go further and demonstrate sincere concern about what the client is experiencing. Having mold in your home and having to see walls and ceiling being torn to remove it is very stressful. Enviropro employees were courteous and careful, covering my hardwood floors, sealing the area off, and even cleaning up after each workday and always taking the time to explain what they were doing. Honestly, they epitomize what service and expertise is. They care and they know what they are doing. In the midst of a stressful experience I could not have hired any company that would have come close to what I have received from Enviropro. Thank you!

I contacted Enviropro and was a little worried based on some bad reviews. One is on Yelp, and it is pretty clear from looking at the other reviews from that reviewer that the review is meaningless. And so I think it is important to add a good review, because unhappy people are more likely to go and post a review than happy ones. Rafael the owner was extremely responsive (texting is the best way to communicate), and agreed to have his crew come install the cleaning equipment while I found a contractor to come remove the floors, drywall and carpet, because at the time Rafael did not have enough manpower to do the whole job. Rafael and his son Andrew were super knowledgeable and willing to work around the schedule of the other crew, and leave pieces of equipment (dehumidifer, air scrubber, neg air), that are each worth north of $1,500. Rafael worked seamlessly with the insurance company (they paid him directly), and the building management around certification papers, and working around the issues we had in our building after Irma (no service elevator for a while, limited access and so on). Could not be more happy, and could not recommend him more.

The service provided was terrific. They worked with my time and did a great job. Enviropro team was respectful and very professional. They took care of my furniture and all objects on the way of the area in which the service was performed. Once they finished then job, they neatly cleaned afterwards. I am highly recommending Enviropro.

It took several weeks of planning with other workers to do this work while living in our house with an elderly person. They were very careful in isolation the working area from the living.

Rafael (the owner) came out to perform an estimate right away when advised of our short timeline. The exam and report were comprehensive and well done and delivered the same day. The cost quote was very competitive. We did not end up contracting enviropro due to a previously existing business relationship of ours with another remediator. Rafael gave us a call afterwards, purely to ask our opinion of the estimate and to pass on some advice regarding specific checks to make sure the other company (a competitor by the way) completed in order to ensure a safe and comprehensive fix for our home. It was clear his priority was the customer, and customer safety, not necessarily a bottom line. I can't say enough about the professionalism and customer service of Rafael and his company. Should we need any work done in the future, we will definitely go through enviropro.

I can't say enough good things about Enviro Pro. Thier level of professionalism was on point. They offered help, advice and assistance on how to avoid further problems. The gentlemen who helped us went over and above with going over with me all the damage areas, answered all my questions.

I had mold in my master bathroom . I called and right away it was fast response . They first set an appointment to view my bathroom. Right away, the saw where leak came from that created mold. They provided an estimate within 24 hrs. Although it took a few days to get the problem fixed, it was their professionalism and punctuality that made this transition smooth. I am glad I chose them to help me out.

Rafael came to a property that I am supposed to purchase. He was very prompt and professional. He understood the situation, assessed the work and later provided me a written estimate of the work. If everything goes well with the closing of the home, I will most certainly use Rafael and his team to complete the repairs needed. He is awesome and has been great to work with.

Enviropro provides great service and are very professional. They came and did all the work in the estimated time and provided us with great service. We had a small problem with one of their contractors, but Rafael the owner of Enviropro fixed all the issues in a very professional and timely manner. There is no longer mold in the house and we feel pretty safe.

The Enviropro crew was awesome. They fixed our issue in the most professional manner I have experienced before. We worked with Bill's team and they handled everything: demo, remediation, reconstruction, and clean up. I would highly recommend them, and if we ever have another issue, will contact them as well.

It went fine. The guy came out and we had no issues. He did a really good job.

The work was excellent. My insurance paid for it. They show up on time and are very thorough. The price was good.

Very professional crew was in our house for 4 1/2 days and did a thorough job on the remediation. They documented everything so we could use the before/after photos for our insurance claim. I would definitely use them again if we had a similar problem in the future and will recommend them to any friends with similar problems.

I liked the price. The did mold remediation and repaired a wall. Because of the price I went with Enviropro. If it wasn't for the price, I would have went with another company that were very punctual and professional.
