He was great about making sure the colors matched well and did a good job. There is excess ground in the corners that should have been removed and now it has hardened. Otherwise he was great.

Ray was professional and performed a good service . He also went out of his way to fix a towel holder.

I called to schedule an appointment the person was very rude and unprofessional and seems as though he was ignored because I was from Angie's List.He informed me they do not do what I wanted although there ad says otherwise. He hung the phone up n my face. I called Angie's List immediately to report them and have my money refunded. I received my money back and went with another company. I SAY PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

Very good work. Ray called the day before to confirm appointment. He was on time and performed quality work in a quick timeframe. Ray was very knowledgeable and polite and made sure I approved and accepted the quality of his work before he left the job.

It went well. He was punctual, easy to work with, and worked hard to complete the task that he could do. But it did seem that he only wanted to do the easier tasks and drop the rest of them. And do think his customer service skills are a bit lacking, but overall, he was a good fit.

I chose 3 different dates. The contractor never contacted me. I requested a full refund. It's never a good sign when a company ignores you.

Ray was fantastic. Called to confirm, advised his progress as he was traveling from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale. He was friendly and very professional. Walked through what we needed to have done and confirmed our expectations along the way. He made a very quick run to Home Depot and was back and got to work.
