Description of Work: paid for annual renewal of termite policy called 11/2015 for regular spraying and the phone is disconnected, note also did not pay angies in in may. don't send them a check without making sure they are still in business, I think I paid for nothing!

Description of Work: Besides the normal tenting we had an ant treatment done. The office said the ant treatment would be done a certain way. When it wasn't done the way the office said, they responded very well and sent the guy back out to perform the treatment again, the way the office said. It has worked great. No ants anywhere on or in the house. The lead guy for the tenting crew was very excellent. He was knowledgable and worked with us so we could still set our house alarm while the tent was up. They came on time as promised both for the tent put up, the take down and the clearing of the house for re-occupancy.

They show up when they say they are going to and they call an hour before they come, which is great. I have the same guy that comes and I have no complaints. I will continue to use them.

The treatments were very effective in getting rid of my small roach problem. The exterminator was nice and professional. I hope to not have a future need for an exterminator but if I do I will call Bug Busters again.
Description of Work: Sprayed interior and exterior of house to get rid of small roaches. The cost included both an initial spray and follow-up 10 days later.

The workers came when they said they would, in fact they were early. They got to work immediately. I liked that the the workers were employees of Bug Busters and not contract workers which is usually the case with termite tenting. No problems whatsoever.

They did a fine job. The worker knew his job and was very diligent in doing his job. He could have used some customer service skills but I would rather have had someone that was busy doing their work than someone that kept talking. The owner seemed to know what he was talking about and he seemed to be a man of integrity that would back his work. We would definitely use them in the future.

I was worried when they came out for termite inspection because I thought they would find out something there. They were very honest. They told me about other pest issues. They informed me that I did not have any termite problems. There was a small issue with them I had to call them a couple of times to remind them about their appointment. They were overwhelmed by a number of infestations in town. When they finally came out they were a little bit lacking on their promptness but ones they turned out they were very professional.

They did a really good job, and they were very quick and efficient. They are very professional also, and they have very good prices. They always come one time per month, and they always show up on time. That is important, so that you are not waiting around all day.
Description of Work: They sprayed the entire house for ants and crickets and it took them about 30 minutes to finish the job.

I REALIZED THIS IS A UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY COMPANY. THE WORKERS WOULD NOT SHOW UP OR CALL WHEN THEY MISSED AN APPOINTMENT. WHEN I WAS IN NEED OF IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE THEY WOULD NOT RESPOND TO SEVERAL DAYS LATER. I AM STILL HAVING BUG PROBLEMS.
