While the product is very good the customer service however, left much to be desired. While extracting the old insulation there was a leak of nails, thumb tacks, etc., from the hose that was to be connected to the dumpster. I was able to pick up some but there are still plenty left in our grass that need to be picked up by a metal detector. I advised and was pretty much told that it wasn't that important. Can't walk barefooted in my own yard.

I was disappointed that I lost a good portion of my day. I had an early morning appointment but they came late and didn't have a long enough pipe to reach the attic. They left and returned after an hour and a half. The extended pipe they came with only reached the entrance of the attic.There is no way to know if there is insulation in the entire area as they did not actually go into the attic.
