Very responsive, informative and courteous. We received and estimate but have not performed any work yet as the water heater did not need to be replaced. We will definitely hire Phixser in the future.

This is not a company that I would ever do business with again! They attempt to overcharge and when questioned then reduce the invoice to only invoice for work actually performed. Their guarantee period is 30 days. I had them repair a leaking hose bib. At first, it was fine however 38 days later is again leaking. I contacted them immediately and a gentleman who identified himself as the owner advised that they buy their parts from a famous home appliance store and so they are only guaranteed for 30 days. Imagine that a $160.00 repair that is guaranteed for 30 days!

The work was well executed and fast but it was very pricey.

Highly recommend Phixser. We had a clogged toilet emergency over the weekend. We tried to different companies but since it was a weekend they didn't service. Luckily we found Phixser they were able to get us a technician as soon as possible. The technician was professional and polite. Won't hesitate to hired them again.
