Called to replace the faucets in my shower. Showed up on time. Forgot his torch to solder the pipes. Torch showed up an hour later. Started a fire in the walls. Smokey house later, faucets were fixed.

Arturo showed up for the estimate as scheduled. He was very pleasant and very thorough in his explanation to install a tankless water heater. Gave us an estimate including a Titan water heater and gave us the option to purchase one on our own. Gave us names of various suppliers in the area. We decided to order the Steibel Eltron Plus 24 from Amazon. Arturo and Nestor came the day after it arrived and installed the water heater. Within a few hours we had the new system installed and they hauled away the monster 110 gal tank. We liked that their estimate included the electrical work required to install the heater. Other companies had higher quotes and did not include electric. These guys were very reasonable and did excellent work with great service. It's only been a few days since our install, but so far we love it. We are able to run both showers, dishwasher, and washer at the same time without loss of hot water or pressure. Do your homework on the heater that suits your needs and make sure your panel has sufficient power for the tankless you are buying. Then Phixser Solution is the way to go if you need a professional to install.

Arturo, the plumbing technician, was kind, courteous & easy to work with. He performed an excellent job & cleaned the area at completion. I would recommend Phixser to others.

This company is awesome. Anabel who is the Receptionist is very nice and Customer Service Oriented. Gabriel also answers the phones sometimes and he too is fantastic. i met Jorge the owner who came to my home to give me an estimate and he was very nice and very knowledgeable. Arturo came to install my gas hot water heater and this man was awesome. he was neat and made sure there were no problems. He stayed until he was absolutely sure everything was working properly. I did get 4 estimates and Phixser Solutions was by far the lowest price. The 3 other companies estimates were much higher so I gave the lowest price a shot because of the staff I spoke to and I was very comfortable with them. I will never use anyone else. I would give this Company 10 stars if there was that option. Phixser Solutions is a GREAT Company.

The new water heater was installed well and works fine.

4 or 5 hours of work. Removed a toilet, replaced the toilet with one from another bathroom, installed new toilet, and replaced dishwaher. Guy was professional, clean, on-time, and the price for all the work wasn't too bad.

The young man was very professional, he went right to work got the job done quickly, kind and considerate I would recommend this company to all my friends

A broken shower gasket on Easter Sunday precipitated the call to Jorge. With the shower continuously running, we had to turn the water main off. Jorge not only answered our call but had Aurturo there first thing on Monday. Aurturo quickly evaluated the problem, identified the part we needed, made an adjustment so we could turn the water back on, went to buy the part and had everything fixed as soon as the parts were found. He did such a great job that we had him also replace a leaking faucet. We would highly recommend this company - they are responsive, knowledgeable and professional. We will most definitely use them for our future needs.
