The last plumber I hired came, looked at the issue, said he couldn't fix it, couldn't even get my shower knobs off - made them worse and left. Charged $80 for that grand opinion. I hired Phizxer for 2 bathroom renovations. From the owner to the construction team they outperformed my expectations. The customer service was excellent. The warranty for construction services is 30 days and for plumbing services is 60 days upon permit being closed. Excellent service from Javier. Gabriel, the manager, was hands-on from the beginning to the end. Javier, the handyman, was super polite and practical. He finished the 2 toilet seat installation in only 1 hour.

They were not upfront about the cost of the job. When the plumber did the estimate he told me one price and then when the Phixser office called me back with the invoice they told me another price $150 above the estimate. I wanted it done quickly so I did not want to waste more time to look for another company and wait for another estimate so I just paid it but I was not happy with how they went about it. They seemed greedy and wanted more money.

Since I did not want to take the time and trouble to do the job myself, I was willing to pay for it.

The technician spoke very little English according to him. He spoke Spanish to my neighbor but did not have her tell me what was being said as her unit is leaking into my house. The service call was placed and billed to me however I was not told what was causing the leakage from my neighbor upstairs. They bill you with a due date but beware because you will get emails, texts and phone calls every day. Ridiculous because I was prepared to pay at time of service. I also asked for a quote for some other work to date nothing.
