Nothing about this deal went as advertised. The company did not contact me and missed the requested 3 possible installation times. After calling and complaining to Angie's List, someone called and explained that they were swamped with more business then they expected from this deal and they would get back to me to schedule installation. Two weeks later they called and we scheduled the installation at my office for Tues 5/20/14. A guy called 10 minutes before the scheduled time and said he was held up because of an auto accident and waiting for police but he would be there. 2 1/2 hours later I called the company office and told them I was leaving work and we would have to re-schedule. The woman answering the phone couldn't help me or connect me with someone to assist. The installer called later and left a message saying to call and reschedule the next day. I called the office the next morning Wed (5/21/14) and the lady that answered again didn't know anything or was able to connect me to someone who could help. Finally, I said enough and requested this refund. I have no confidence in this company and I do not want them to touch my vehicle. This experience has been very shady and has eroded any confidence I had in Angie's List and Suppliers.

They were on time and did a great job. There was a problem on a film (bubbles) after installation and they changed it months after. They are professional and quick

He came out first to do do the quote. Totally oblivious to him that I had the Big deal. Gave me a quote 4 times bigger than what I paid for. I had lost contact with them, they wouldn’t call me back. They do business via email and text and I don’t like that. I needed a third window tacked on; it was on extra $70 dollars on top of the $99. The guy that came out was an hour late, he was excellent though. Helped me move furniture and the work were amazing, flawless. The window blocks the sun out and at night you can just see the light no details. The only recommendation I have for them is know your customers, know if they have a Big Deal. Also, pick up the phone and call your customers. It’s not professional to keep in touch via text message. The initial contact should have special touch to it, should be personal.

Unfortunately, I decided against using their services because there would have been an additional $150-charge since the window had panes which were smaller than the size stipulated in the deal's description. Thus, I've had the deal refunded.

We purchased the Angie's List special that covered some of the windows that needed tinting and paid extra for the ones that the deal didn't cover. Lewis came to our home and advised us on the most appropriate film for our case. Our family room was an oven in the afternoon, with temperatures easily reaching 90F. Now we can actually enjoy the family room in the afternoon - it is still warmer than the rest of the house, naturally, but the tinting reduced the heat coming through the windows by 70-80%.

The big deal turned out excellent. They were really flexible. I bought the big deal sometime ago,and we were having some other work being done in the house, and I didn't want the dust getting into the tint of the windows, and they were extremely flexible with us. They are a great company. The sales person Lewis was very friendly, very knowledgeable, very professional, and explained everything. I didn't know there was so much to know about solar tinting. He gave us a couple of estimates, and he was very flexible in setting the date for us. The installers came out, they were neat and did a great job. They install looks very good. I thought the pricing was fair, especially with all the work involved, because they had to remove older tinting. We only did certain parts of the house, but now we are going to tint other parts of the house as well.

He came day after we signed up for the deal to measure our windows. That was prompt. But then, over a week later he can't tell us the final cost of the job, or set up a date. The reply (over a week after initial contact) said quote would come in US Mail? Why can't the reply in the Angie's List message box have the quote and schedule for the job? Why wait for US mail. Seems like a delaying tactic and maybe my job was too small? Not happy.

They came out to put on tint on the balcony windows to keep the heat out and protect the furniture. He gave me advice on what I should put on to better protect the windows and it worked wonderfully. He did a very good job. He did the work promptly and didn't leave a mess. I would recommend him to anyone and I will be using him again.

The company came out initially in July of this year (2013) and at the time the sales rep quoted me over $600 to do the whole house. I continued contact with him and advised that I could not financially support or fund that amount it was too much from my budget. The sales person then advised that he would do the work for $252 on top of the already purchased price of $149 from Angie's List for a total amount of $401, I even had e-mail correspondence that supports this price and the amount for the scheduled work. Today (12-30-2013) I was scheduled to have the work done and the individual called prior to coming and at that time he told me that he would no longer honor the $252 price and it would now be $401 for a total amount of $550. I even sent this individual the e-mail by way of a PDF scan to show that he had quoted this amount and agreed to the terms of the instillation and he said that quote was no longer good. Very poor way of doing business be weary of this company and specifically the sales person Lewis Chisolm - I kind of felt like it was a "bait and switch scheme".

This company was fantastic. Great communication with owner. On time. Owner's son did job, a real professional. Would definitely recommend this company.

Not so good...the rep was good, however, his down fall I would ask a question and would not get back to me until 24 hours later

They did a spectacular job. It was absolutely wonderful. The company was phenomenal. They arrived on time. They were very clean as they worked. They were really exceptional. They were very professional- it was a father and son team. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Professional, punctual and overall great service.

I got my living area windows tinted as well as a glass block area tinted. Lewis was very responsive since the first time I called. Although I wasn't able to set up scheduling sooner (Saturdays are very popular), I couldn't be happier with how the window tinting turned out. The price seemed reasonable. I think the price may have been a bit higher because I do not have standard size/shape windows. I also used one if the deals that was offered through Angie's List. really like that Lewis and his crew were very professional and responsive which I have found it hard to find in south Florida. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The service was good. Once they had quoted us, we had an additional car down which they discounted for us. I liked that they were on time. They did a good job. They called us to let us know when they were coming. Mostly, they did a good job and did it quickly. My husband said the price was good. Their responsiveness was very good.

Very professional, prompt, responsive - which is an altogether RARE set of qualities in Miami. Had no trouble making the appointment and the two techs were on time, pleasant, and professional. When they came in to start measuring, it became apparent there had been a misunderstanding between us all about what the offer covered. While there was the option to get my money refunded, I needed the films applied, so we worked out a deal that worked for all of us. Great job, solid product, lovely experience.

Promptly called me to schedule the tinting of my vehicle. They actually came to my business and called the day before to see if they could come early. Showed up on time and had everything they needed to complete the job. They did a great job and were finished in a couple of hours. No issues and they provide a factory warranty on their tinting products. I would recommend them.
