About us

We take care of your panes. We are a family owned business that specializes in extremely high quality window tinting & security film installation. Having been in business since 1982 we are experienced with large and small projects. We use subcontractors if a project proves too big for the normal staff. At I.S.C. we give totally free estimates and aren't done with the job until the customer is happy. A written warranty is provided after each job that is completed. Also serving Miami Beach, Miami Lakes, Bal Harbour, Homestead, & Kendall.

Description of Work: They showed up and didn't manage to complete the job in 3 hours. They came back 10 days later to complete the job. They told me they wouldn't charge me for old tint removal (because of the time lapse), but they did anyway ($70 extra)...

Description of Work: Well I must start off with them not being very punctual at all. Once they arrived the two young men worked on my car for about 4 hours. I went outside to check on them since I had not heard anything and found out that the generator ran out of gas so they had to wait for their boss to fix it. Then after all that time the young man working on my car told me he could not finish because he did not have enough experience and did not know how to place tints on my Volvo. So, instead of them calling me to reschedule I had to call them because I had not heard from anyone. We rescheduled two days later (I had to move my calendar appointments around)and the same young man finished my car in less than an hour. I wish they would've been a little bit more professional because the second time around they were about an hour late.

Description of Work: Tint window deal for $89. The deal was for up to 4 windows or 25 sq ft, so I had to purchase 2 deals for $178. Responsiveness was a B because we had to go back and forth to establish contact, then schedule the appt. They arrived on time and tinted my windows in 1.5 hours. They brought different types of tints to choose from just in case I had changed my mind. They left me with a lifetime warranty to mail in. The do auto tints as well. I will call them when I see another affordable deal. Nice folks, great service and product.
