About us

We take care of your panes. We are a family owned business that specializes in extremely high quality window tinting & security film installation. Having been in business since 1982 we are experienced with large and small projects. We use subcontractors if a project proves too big for the normal staff. At I.S.C. we give totally free estimates and aren't done with the job until the customer is happy. A written warranty is provided after each job that is completed. Also serving Miami Beach, Miami Lakes, Bal Harbour, Homestead, & Kendall.

Description of Work: Didn't have the job done. I have many windows, much more than the 50sq ft on the Angie's list deal. However, I had no idea Lewis's quotes would be over $1,000 on first quote and over $2,000 on second quote. Usually when we deal with Angie's list, we pay for the deal and nothing else.

Description of Work: Service man met Me to look at the job. Had me pick out the tint shade I wanted. Explained all the different tints. I choose one and he said he had the materials on the truck and did I want it done then and I said yes. He then said he needed to call his boss and when he came back into the house he said that the style of window was not covered in the deal. He then explained that the deal only covered windows that had continuous flat surface and not one that had millions or separations. He said they could do the job but it would be 350.00 plus including the 149 I had already paid. I asked him if they could just cut the film at their shop to cover sixty panes and he said no. I told him at that price I would do this myself as it was too much money for one window.

The details in the Big Deal were clear but unfortunately (deleted member name) did not read carefully before purchasing the Big Deal. We gladly refunded the price paid by (deleted member name) so I don't understand why he gave us an F.
