Alex was very professional and punctual. The work was fast and very good. He also cleaned the side of my house for free to demonstrate his product, which works perfectly. I will definitely contact them again for my washing needs (driveway, walls, roof).

After 2 other companies didn’t even bother showing up it was a great dealing with Alex at AV Clean & Seal. He gave me an estimate on the job from a google earth satellite picture of my roof so I could make an appointment to have the work done right then. He showed up promptly when he said he would and did a great job. The actual cost came out $50 less than his original estimate. So happy with the service and job that I set up a scheduled service with him to have the work done every 6 months.

I found this company on Facebook, and was very responsive. Asked if it he was licensed and insured as I just purchased a house and didn’t want any accidents. He stated he was He gave me a price which I asked if he used his water or mine, and he stated his. (I thought the price was a little high, but if it was quality, then I understood. He showed up an hour late, but did call to inform me of this. He said originally that the job would take between 3-4 hours, and if so, I thought price was fair. First he uses way too much bleach, as you can smell it for several days after he was done with the work as well as it was very strong through the neighborhood. He used my water which he stated he has his own tank, I thought the increased price would save me on water, but he used mine, and then filled his tank. When he showed up his tank was 1/4 full and when he left it was full. I waited a couple of days before I wrote this as I wanted to see the results several days later. For one, he killed my grass around the house and backyard, two, he stripped a lot of the paint of the patio and driveway that wasn’t coming off already, there was some spots that it was, but removed a lot more which I didnt think would happen. I now have yellow stains throughout the driveway and patio that he said would go away, but when ? I did contact him regarding these issues and he stated he would reimburse for the water that was used but have yet to see that. He also stated that the yellow stains that weren’t previously there would go aaay and have not. He also finished the job in about an hour which he said would take 3-4 hours ? Overall, not too happy because I believe I paid too much for a non satisfactory job.

Alex showed up on time and communicated easily with me and completed the job quickly. A job well done.

The proprietor, Alex, was completely unprofessional. Do not expect this guy to do the job if you hire him. I sent him a check which he received. The job was not completed for over a month so I call him. He says he'll do it the next day. He comes over the next day and since I am not home he again wouldn't do it. I talk to him on the phone and the guy is acting really weird. I fire him on the spot. He's really flaky. Be warned.

Alex & his assistant did an amazing job! I couldn't be happier. I will definitely recommend Alex's services to my friends and family. He is my go to guy for any pressure washing needs in the future. He's going to come back and also seal my brick pavers also.

Alex arrived early, was professional, and worked efficiently. My property sparkled! The only complaint I have was that Alex cancelled our first appointment after I left work early. I appreciated the fact that he attempted to contact me by leaving a message on my home phone, but if he had called me on my cell, I could've been able to stay at work. I'd still hire him again without reservation.

Alex and his team did such a good job that I referred him to a family member and hired him to come back to seal my driveway for an additional fee. He was professional, punctual and friendly. Would definitely refer to anyone needing to get the job done right. A++++
