Ron came and gave us an estimate which we accepted. Product did take longer to install and there was a minor issue which was resolved after ordering in more parts. We understand that things can go wrong and its all about the response to the problem and this company responded great! All done! Overall, the job took a bit longer but we are 100% satisfied and would recommend any time. They offer a great product and we will use when we decide to do the perimeter.

They were on time and efficient. They were pleasant to work with! They did a good job! Ron, the salesman, was very nice.

They arrived when scheduled, installed the gates and cleaned up. We were so impressed that we asked them to install a new fence. Again, they did just what they said they would, and they did it well. We love our fence and it was painless!

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE! As on 10/1/15 we have had to have no less then 4 call backs for sagging gates. We have a single gate that sits on the ground and does not swing shut the way it is supposed to, and a double gate that does not open or close properly. The first few visits out the guys adjusted the hardware as much as possible, the last visit, April 2015, a different guy came and spent more time trying to fix them. They lasted a few months, before they began to slowly sag again. They are now difficult to open or close securely. I called on 9/28/15 and spoke to Stephanie and she said someone would come by to look at it. I called back today, 10/1/15 and was told she was waiting for someone to be scheduled to be in the area. I asked for Joe since he said last time he had another way to fix it and for an appointment. She said she will talk to Kevin and let me know. I have changed my answers based on the issues since the original install. The gates are only opened approximately once a week, but should be able to be used as much as needed. We were happy that they would work with us from a far while we moved down so that we could get the fence installed as soon as possible to moving in. We have a large dog who had never been without a fence. Unfortunately mother nature did not work well with us and we had a large opening due to rain water not draining. We were finally able to get Scott back and he got it done for us. We are still short one post cap, but I will call and I am sure it will be taken care of soon. Over all we are very happy with the outcome.

it took a few phone calls to get to the contacts we needed to come out and give us an estimate. Once we got the estimate, they returned with a written up contract for the removal of the old fencing and the installation of the new fence and gates. Gave us the option to save money by removing the fence ourselves. We decided to allow them to remove and haul away old fencing. The fence and gates are being fabricated right now and installation should follow. Upon installation, gates and fence line were not straight. Could not open the gates and the gates were not installed high enough over the grass to open. Took a few phone calls and a few days to finally get a response, espeically since we didnt pay them in full. Finally got an experience worker to come out and fix the installation. He did a great job! Disappointed the install was not accurate and complete the first time.

I didn't care for their sale. They had to come back after everything was done with different crew to correct problems. I didn't feel good about the company itself. The fence was great but the service I just didn't appreciate.

There was a delay in the installation because of their supplier, but after they received the materials, the installation went well and was done in less than 2 days-despite the rain. They were responsive and well informed. The fence they originally showed me was up to the newest specifications for the county. I really appreciated how the salesperson, Ron and the installers, Chad and a helper, were very professional and courteous. Ron explained showed us samples of the fence and came several times for questions we had. Chad and a helper worked through the rain and were very polite and prompt. Kevin, the supervisor, was helpful in explaining my property lines and how the easements effect the way the county views them; also polite and courteous. Kevin was also very patient with us deciding how to deal with a garden area that was somewhat affected by the fence. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the looks, and quality of the fence and the professionalism of the staff.

After a few emails with Kevin I believe everything has been worked out. I believe there was a misunderstanding regarding notifying me prior to showing up. Kevin agreed that I should have had handles with my gates and he had them installed on 7/3 along with a drop rod for the 5' gate which was a nice surprise. I'm happy with the gates, I wish the experience had been better but I do give Kevin a lot of credit for being willing to work things out and to be sure that I was happy. The installers were very nice guys, clean and polite. Were not able to finish job in one day so came back on Saturday morning to finish. They didn't clean the fence like they said they would but I accepted that. We were told to let it set for a few days so concrete would set. After a few days used the 12' gate while doing yard work. Kept having to push up on gate in order for it to close. Sent a few emails until I finally got a response. Took some time for someone to come out, someone finally showed up unannounced. I told him in the future to call first as I wanted to be present. I was told the post would be removed, reset in concrete and they would install a metal bracket from the post to the house to make it more sturdy. They came out unannounced, attached the bracket but did not reset the post. Also be ware, these gates did not include a handle, something I never thought of to ask, I assumed handles would be included. Overall the fence is OK but I am disappointed.

Superior Fence constructed our stone pillars and fencing exactly as we discussed and built the enclosure within the timeframe we requested. Working with Ron was easy and he did a good job communicating with us -- which was not always easy, as we were out of state during much of the construction. Overall, Superior Fence did an excellent job with the construction of the fencing, the gates operate well, and the stone pillars are impressive!

My neighbor used them and where happy 2 days to do 3 sides and one gate. Took 3 days to do 2 sides and 2 gates that weren't the size we wanted on top of that I had to call and ask about the handles for the gates they didn't put on. When I called Kevin came out about a couple of things he was very nice and even notice they didn't put caps on gates said they would be out to fix fence almost 2 weeks later a called to find out when they were going to fix fence post that's weren't straight ,fence not level and make gate bigger. Finally showed out of the blue made gate bigger but gate latch is falling off .cant even close gate with out pushing the latch on the gate away from the fence. Called Kevin said they would be in area Tuesday or Wednesday it's Friday and still not fix.

We contacted Superior and needed both a quote and fence on our new home right away. We have 3 pups and couldn't move into our home until we had the fence up. Ron was at our home the next day, provided an amazing quote, got the permit right away and fence was up within 2 1/2 weeks. We couldn't be more satisfied with the work, the timing and the price. everyone was very competent and professional: the sales manager who came out to survey the job, the installers who did the actual work, the office people who maintained excellent communication.

Installation dates kept being delayed due to damaged or ordering of wrong size gates. They finally finished installation September of 2013. Installed neighbors gate backward and still haven't corrected it. The fence caps have already started to corrode and paint is peeling off. Called and talked to Ron who said it would be repaired when other neighbors fence was installed. Other neighbors fence is installed and they never repaired any of our fences.

He was pleasant and likeable. The man said he could easily fix the problem I had with my fence and told me that he would call me the very next day with an estimate. He never called and now it is 3 days later and no call. To add to the problem....when I originally called them on a Sunday, I of course had to leave a message. I had to call him again later the next day and spoke with him. He was to arrive that same day by 3:30. He showed up 45 minutes late. I felt that the professional thing to do was to call me by 3:30 to inform me that he would be late and whether that would be alright with me. The most important thing for a business is to make sure the customer is not inconvenienced in any form. e.g.- by waiting too long for a return call (or no call at all) or not showing up at the appointed time. Customers have a busy life too, and I had other things to do that day.

They were a pleasure to work with. After a renovation of our home, this was the only company that we did not have problems with. Always showed up on time. Always cleaned up after themselves. Finished on time. Love them!!!

Superior Fence was great to work with every step of the way - from the original estimate to the complete installation. Everyone was very professional and friendly. But what makes Superior Fence the best is that they use the best materials and provided a high quality installation. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

They knew we were concerned with some neighborhood problems and they quickly installed the fence. It's beautiful and just exactly what we needed.

they cleaned up after they were finished and the manager came by after they were done to make sure everything was done correctly. I would use them again if I needed more fencing.

They fabricated an aluminum frame to mount the fence slats on. Used high quality hardware on the gate. I couldn't be more pleased. They were very responsive to all of my questions and concerns.

The estimator was very quick to respond, examined the area thoroughly and gave me the estimate the same day -- he completed the estimate in his truck while I waited. Since this was the third and best estimate that I had received and I was impressed with his record on Angie's List, I signed the contract that same day. There was a long wait for the installation but I believe strongly in the old adage that "I you want it bad, you get it bad" so I am always comfortable to wait for good service. After 4 weeks, the installation crew contacted me and they were prompt and professional on the job site. The crew was friendly and professional as they proceeded with their work and they did an outstanding job of installation and clean up. The three fences are clean, neat and professional looking, all hardware works perfectly after 6 months and I highly recommend them for their quality work. They deserve their high rating.

I first found Superior as I was driving through my neighborhood, they were doing an installation. I was in the market for a new fence so I stopped and asked the installer, Brandon, a few questions. He was very enthusiastic and happily answered all my questions. Right away this gave me a very good feeling about Superior. It was a hot day, these guys were working very hard, and he gladly took time from his work to help. When people are happy with their job, it is a reflection of the company. The next day I was paid a visit by Ron Kania. He took measurements, made some wise recommendations, and provided me with a quote. Ron is a very charming gent from Ohio, ends up we have quite a bit in common. A couple weeks later I called Ron to let him know we were ready to place an order. He respectfully gave me some time as I informed him that we were in the middle of a bathroom remodel and needed time to finish before moving on to the fence project. Once the order was placed, I was given a lead time. I received a call from Kevin several days before the estimated due date, "Great news! We can do your install early!" How often does that happen? On install day the crew arrived promptly, they were very polite and kind. The lead man, Scott, is a real pro! He has been doing fences for many years. His helpers Joe and Manuel were also very qualified. During the install, Todd, the president of Superior, stopped by to see how the install was going. I could tell he is the type of man that cares about his crew and the quality of work they perform. I had to leave before they were done so they were left to deal with my wife. I felt completely confident that Scott would go over all the final paperwork with her and that there would be no problems, I was right, everything turned out GREAT! I wish I could post a picture, the new fence really adds a lot more curb appeal to my home.
