The technician was on time, polite, and considerate of my comfort. He tried his best to get all the grout to look the same. When he found a couple of spots that he couldn t clean enough to match, he called the office for help on what else he could do. Very satisfied! Floors look great!

The entire visit couldn t have gone better. He arrived when they said that he would. He was really nice and good with my dog. I have a black German shepherd and most of the time service people are afraid of her ) He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He did a terrific job. He explained what to do after he left. I will absolutely use them for all of my rugs and upholstery cleaning!
