Good. The technician replaced the existing breaker box with my owner supplied box and rewired the box as well. I also supplied the new circuit breaker so they did not have to provide any parts, only labor. This helped keep the cost down.

Technician did not show for appointment. I waited all day, and I called because they did not show. I was told that "someone" canceled the order. And it wasn't me. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule, and I said "no".

I feel like they scammed me. The sales person, Steven was very nice but he lied. I even texted them that how nice the technician was but unfortunately my smile turned into a frown. I am going to call Better Business Bureau if this won't resolve.

It took 2 full days about 14 hours and everything is up to code and fire protected

It was ridiculous! Replacement of (6) bulbs should not cost $545.00. I asked the electrician to explain the high cost. He said each bulb was $6 and labor was $92. Evidently every time he placed in a new bulb, we were charged another $92 for labor. This sounds illegal, but it happened.

Got estimate. As others have said electrician tried to get me to agree to exorbitanly expensive electrical work that is out of the scope of what I presently need to get done.

Panel and other parts installed. Work started at 8:30 am and was completed by mid afternoon.

The gentleman showed up and said he needed to check out other things. He offered to change out the electric panels on the house and upgrade into one new panel box. He said old needed to be made new to look good and reflect the inside of the house. He gave me a price for $4000. I asked for a separate price for what I'd called for and he told me a little over $1000. He was the highest estimate and I will not be using this company.

The electrician really did not know how to correct the problem so he was looking for things to fix. The bill was very high and when his solution did bot work i called them back and once again they handed me a big bill and never solved my fan problem. I fact he tried to sell me on having him rewire all my outlets. It was a hard sale techniques found disturbing. I called another company who had the right equipment to recalibrate to transmitter on the fan and I have not had a problem since. Mr sparky was a rip off. I paid almost 1000 dollars and felt totally ripped off.

This company showed up on time and gave us not only one estimate but three estimates for different options on the work to be done on the spot.

He wanted to replace the entire panel for a cost of $1,000.00. I told him I wanted to get a second opinion. A different electrician replaced the breaker only for less than $100.00.

The repairs was good & its still working until now but the price was too much.

Fast response but with high charges. 110 for ceiling fan is overpriced. The worst part is you cannot turn off the fan with the power switch. Did not notice until he has left. Very disappointed.

While most of the technicians were very professional, the job was spec'd by a person who frightened my mother with visions of the house burning down around her - then way oversold the scope of work needed. While I can't say anything about the quality of the electrical work, the finish simply sucked. The wall by the electrical panel was "plastered" by an angry three-year old, and when my mother complained was told that was it, they "were electricians not carpenters." As well, they failed to install one of the specified and paid for smoke detectors. A certified letter brought a response from Corey Ward, the area manager, who promised to make it all right - HA! The wall was repaired, but rust is now bleeding through the paint job (1 week later!), and the smoke detector finally installed and Mr. Ward said he would make it all right. I asked that my parents be compensated for the hassle of two more days of their home being disrupted by the return crews and though asking what I felt was fair, he would not consider "giving" them anything but $800 back on a $7800 bill. He promised to deliver this check at the completion of the job - but i have just had to call him again ( a week later), where i was again given excuses and a promise that they would get it today. I was pleased with the workers, but the management is solely focused on gouging consumers for the maximum $$ with unprovable claims of "superior equipment" costs and fixed pricing that "saves everyone" from the hassle of billing for work actually done. Run away from these guys - or at least get other bids!!!!

I choose Mister Sparky because of the reviews... After couple hour the electrician could not find the problem and he wanted to charge me 500 dollars more for farther investigation... well I paid him for a job that was not done and hire someone else... guess what? .nothing was wrong with the circuit, it just need a new light fixture.

The technician was one time. The experience went down hill from there. He checked everything inside the house and out. He checked all the outlets and the junction box, The issue was when I asked about the fuse box. He became evasive. He did not check it or answer my questions about it. I then asked a price to repair my problem. He came up with $6000. I was stunned. After he left, I contacted another electrician who advised me to check my fuses. I did so and repaired my problem for $40. Mister Sparky technicians are either poorly trained or are less than honest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Paid $19 for an estimate. They came in for $5,000 for a $1,000 job.

We asked for a price in advance for installing the 6 smoke detectors, but the company would not give a price over the phone. The serviceman, Leon, was prompt and polite when he arrived; however, the estimate he gave for just hooking up the wires to our 6 new smoke detectors was outrageous. For a job that would take less than one hour, he said the cost would be $95 to install each smoke detector, so the total job for just hooking up the wires for the smoke detectors we had bought would be a whopping $570! We told him that we would pay the service fee for his coming out but that we were not interested in paying that extraordinarily high price for a quick and easy job that should cost much less. He said he’d call his supervisor to see if the price could be lowered, and the supervisor said that it could be lowered to $530, but that was still much too much for us to consider as a legitimate price for the work to be done. We paid him $59 for the service call and had the work done for $130 by another licensed electrical company.

We were very pleased with the service. Brandon was very good. We asked him for estimates on several things and he was very patient and he got us the estimates we asked for. Brandon was very professional and not only was the service very good, but his customer service was very good as well. He called to let us know he was on his way. He was pleasant. Cleaned up after he did the work. He was very thorough. The pricing was a bit high, I thought, but not enough to say I would not use them again. I would recommend them to anyone that asks me for an electrician. Their quality of work is very good.

It went very well; I called on a Tuesday, and the fan was installed on a Friday.

They were very responsive and came the next day, on time. Technician gave me an estimate for the work and then doubled it when he said he needed to run a new wire to chandelier through attic- to almost $1000. I refused to pay that and ended up paying $500 to troubleshoot and reconnect 2 outlets, which was a quick fix and not worth $500. He also tried to up sell me an update to my electrical box (which I admit my house needs), giving me an estimate of $6000. Prices are unreasonable, I dont care how professional the company. Too bad, because I had high hopes. Never again.
