Description of Work: He tried to upsell me on all these things, I told him we just moved were tight on money and we just need to focus on what needed to be done directly which was the panel upgrade. He came back to me with a quote of $5000!!!!!! Literally nearly 3 times more than my highest quote iv received. I told him that and he said their products are “top of the line” I’m pretty sure all panels are the same if they have to be permitted by the city.

Description of Work: You try to explain your problem and they are busy trying to sell you things that you didn’t call about! I was quoted high and he explained he wanted to put all the posible materials in, because he was sure of the extent of the work until the electrician was able to get into the attic! Change out all recessed cans possibly rewire all the lights new led fixtures and more. Electrician got there, he was GREAT!, and saw that ONLY 2 of the 8 cans needed replacing even though they brought 8 with them! They charged me $199 for use of a 15 foot ladder that they didn’t use, they used their 12 footer! After they installed I thought I’d get a credit for no use of the specialty 15 foot ladder and 6 cans I didn’t need! The electrician called the office whereas the office manager advised me “no credit”! I said why am I gonna pay for the additional cans if I didn’t need them!! We went round and round..... I finally said fine have your electrician spend more time here and install the other cans I did not need! but if I was gonna pay $4000.00 I was gonna get everything, I paid for which was in the quote! Bottom line is they quote you HIGH and that’s where your gonna stay whether you need it or NOT! Terrible experience other than with the poor electrician that has to work there

+ -1 moreHe came to our house and gave a written estimate to correct electrical problems discovered in a home inspection. He assisted us in pulling permits with the city. He showed up for work on time everyday. He was very neat and clean and did a terrific job on schedule. We even bought pizza for everyone working at the house that day he did not eat any saying that he doesn't eat the homeowners food. He was on the expensive end of all the estimates given but with the quality of his work and his professionalism you can understand why.
Description of Work: Installed high hats, installed a junction box, installed and replaced outlets and switches, and replaced electrical panel.
