I was absent when he arrived; but he was able to look into the problem and left me a note saying that he was able to reset the GFI recepticle and that was all that was required. And he didn't charge me for the service call. This was a display of integrity I've become unused to in today's world and I appreciate it. He will get my electrical business from here on out!

Arrived promptly, put on protective booties and were very professional and courteous.

Showed up when he said he would. Wore protective shoe covers so as not to track dirt into my home. Was efficient and genuinely helpful.

Pleaced order and they came out the following week.

My husband was here during the inspection. A electrical outlet and switch in the kitchen was damaged and replaced. He was satisfied with the report but thought it was too pricey with the other recommendations. He wanted to get a second opinion.

There were two guys that came, and they were so friendly and nice.

We had recently purchased our home and the electric service failed completely one night. FPL came out and showed me in the outside service panel that one of the two meter blocks had melted, he said he wasn't authorized to do the repair but gave me a business card to call Mr. Sparky and gave me the two meter blocks to give their repairman. Mr. Sparky sent a technician out promptly the next morning, and I gave him the two meter blocks, so he could replace both and left him to do his work. I found him to be very rude so didn't question him about what he'd done since he did restore the power. Two months later the electric failed again! Apparently this same technician that they sent back out the second time only replaced one of the meter blocks the first time and now wanted to charge me for the full service all over again, to replace the second one. I spoke to someone at the office at the time and they did compensate me for a portion of the service charge but I will never use this company again. They certainly need to look into some sort of sensitivity training for their technicians and should probably follow up with their customers to see how satisfied they are after service is performed.

The only reason I would give the responsiveness enough is that the original Mr. Sparky contractor from the Stuart Florida area apparently went out of business. Because of this no one called me back for approximately 3 weeks and it took a while for Angie's list to find an alternative Mr. Sparky franchise to provide the service. Once the Pompano Beach Mr. Sparky team arrived the ground fault device was installed in short order and unprofessionally. I would recommend them to anyone in the greater Fort Lauderdale area

As mentioned earlier, the technician was very professional. He listened to what I wanted as an end product and completed the job within a reasonable amount of time.

They came out when they said they would. and on time. Being punctual is very important to me,. They were in and out in a short amount of time. They cleaned everything up when they left and everything seems to be fine so far.

Good quality but expensive for two outlets installed and one high hat light replacement. Yet, the work was good and the electrician who came went out of his way with help and instructions along with excellent explanations. He also took the time to answer detailed questions about other possible projects in the future. Very professional as well as knowledgeable.

Professional, on time, I am sure they would do a good job. They up sell with stuff you may not have asked for, and expect to much for their services.

They were professional on the phone in scheduling, and punctual and professional on the job during installation. The work was completed neatly, and the installer gave me an explanation of the device, and left me with the appropriate paperwork. It's been a big relief having this device whenever our electric from Florida Power and Light suddenly stops and a "mini-blackout" occurs which can happen as briefly as a split second, or for 1or 2 seconds, or longer.

They were ontime and professional, friendly and helpful, will use again.

All went well from start to finish. The company followed through with appointment, and the installer P.J. did an excellent job in explaining what was best, and suggested areas as to where I should put the security lights, and the right angles to set the lights. This is a company that stands by its work. That is a plus, because that is surely hard to find this day and time. Thanks Angie's list.

Good. i used the special $29.99 for Landscape Light inspection. Non-special price of $199. They were easy to work with, coordinate. Their electrician came out, checked out the lights and replaced any bulbs (provided by me). Gave me estimates on some other work on the lights I have been thinking of. I think for the Special Price of $30, it was worth it to me. I think for the price of $199, I would do it myself. That is just a personal preference and not a reflection on their professionalism or service.

I will definitely use Mr. Sparky again.
