The estimate they gave me cost $ 99. My experience with them went ok and they were courteous. Their responsiveness was good and they answered my questions. I would not use them again in the future since their estimate was way too high.

I called to request the installation of an outlet for a new clothes washer. I was given an appointment for the second day after the day i called with an extimated time of arrival of 4:00 PM. On th eappointment day I received a phone call from the service technician who asked if it was OK to arrive a couple of hours early. I had no problem with that and gave my approval. He arrives about 20 minutes later. He suggested that in addition to adding the required outlet that I called them for that the old 3 wire 230 volt dryer outlet was vey out of date and should be replaced with a modern 4 wire outlet. I agreed, and then I inquired about installing a whole house surge protector. He said no problem he had that equipment on his truck. We agreed upont the price and he immediately began the work. About an hour later he was finished and everything was done and he had cleaned up any debris that he had created. I will recommend this company to any one who asks and I will not hesitate to call them again when I need electrical services. They are prompt, courteous, clean and knowledgeable.

I called the office to set an appt. Deena was very pleasant and confirmed an appt. for 2 days after our call. She said the wait was due to alot of existing appt's and since our need was not critical, this was not an issue for us. On the day of our appt, Kevin the electrician called to say that he could come by earlier and showed up promptly. I explained our issues: 1-Several power outlets were not working even after flipping all of the circuit panel switches. 2- Our outdoor pool lighting was not working. 3- Replace a smoke detector. He investigated all problems and fixed them quickly. He was onsite approx. 90 minutes. Kevin went out of his way to explain all issues and concerns regarding our problems and was EXCELLENT! I had a coupon for a discount which he accepted. My only real issue/complaint was the price for the work as I thought it was a little excessive, but would still recommend them and will use them for any future problems.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List. It was reasonably priced. The experience was perfectly fine. The guy who came out was professional and efficient. I had no problems at all. They did everything that they were supposed to, when they were supposed to and the time that they were supposed to. I did not go around checking with others for the price, but it was a decent price. I would certainly consider using them.

Kevin Court serviceman was very professional and did a fine job at a reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use him again or recommend Mr Sparky to others.

They showed up and did the work as advertised. They did a very good job.

Mr. Sparky did the job on time and on budget. All calls were returned promptly and appointments were on time. I am very happy with the landscape lights that were installed loved doing business with Kevin the owner.

Tested the electric in apartment and all circuits. labeled the circuit breaker, but was dissapointed that they didn't come with a labelmaker. everything is 'hand labeled' and a little hard to read. Overall they did a thorough job

The guy that came found an issue with what I wanted done. He came up with a solution, but I have not decided to go ahead with it yet. I asked if he could reinstall a bathroom exhaust fan that was improperly installed, and he did. I was very satisfied.

Bryan was punctual and precise. Did amazing work in a timely fashion and helped me move furniture to accommodate the new TV placement.

I have used them in the past and have always had great service, Unfortunately, they do not service my area anymore. I was unable to use.

They were professional but very expensive. He arrived on time. He went throughout the home and checked the outlets. He replaced some of them and fixed the flood light outside. He provided an estimate to replace all of the outlets and switches as well as for a couple other services but it was too expensive.

This was a god deal. They came out and did the work. No problems at all.

Brian arrived promptly, was very professional and explained all costs. He didnt charge me full price because most of the work had been done.He also quickly fixed the spotlight saying it was just a matter of bent prongs and I didnt need a new one. It was only a small job but he was very honest and professional.

Very friendly and professional. Ludicrously overpriced however. Wanted $2400 to replace a breaker panel. Yes, that's right - $2400 for maybe 6 hours of work! That's more than what a lawyer makes! Was referred to an honest independent electrician who discovered that we did not actually need a new panel - just a new panel cover. He had one custom made for us at a machine shop, installed GFCI's throughout the house, wired in some new circuits...for about $600!

Overall it went very well. They were prompt and completed the job in a timely manor. They cleaned up the work area when they were finished.

They said it was going to be much more than the cost of the Deal because of my particular situation. But they were very helpful, nice and knowledgeable.

The electrician from Mr. Sparky arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained everything he was doing and was neat and courteous. When the job was completed, he showed us how to use the light and change the settings. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

Everyone in this company was very professional, from the customer services representatives to the electrician that performed the job in my house. They filed for a permit quickly, followed-up with me on a daily basis until the permit was ready to be picked-up, came to do the job on the Saturday of Thanksgiving without charging me any extra money on what we had agreed upon, performed the job as I expected, and contacted the city to inspect the job and close the permit on the following morning. I called many companies to get a quote for this service and many companies were not even interested in a "small-job" that required a permit and 2 inspections (City & Fire Dept inspections). I will definitely hire them again whenever I need electrical services.

When the technician first came out, he found that our electrical box was too old for the surge protector that was offered with the coupon. He said he would have to order a different type of surge protector. When the new one came in, another technician came out to install the part. There was no extra charge for the different item. Both technicians arrived promptly at their respective appointment times and were professional and courteous. I would definitely use Mr. Sparky for any future eclectrical needs.

Job went great. The electrician changed the outlet for the dishwasher and disposal that is under the kitchen sink --the existing outlet was situated so that there was not enough room for both new appliances to be plugged in--the plugs on the new appliances were a different shape than the plugs on the old appliances. The electrician installed a new outlet and placed it so that both the dishwasher and disposal could be plugged in.

Purchased a big deal for a whole house inspection from Mister Sparky. The electrician arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection of the electrical panel, wiring, outlets and all outdoor landscape lighting. I felt this was a good investment as he documented everything well and made suggestions where needed. Nothing was found that needed immediate attention and he was not pushy about moving forward with any unnecessary work. I would certainly call them again should I have a need for any future work.

The technician Kevin arrived on time at 4:00 pm. He introduced himself and asked where the panel was located. He went into each room, checked each outlet, would return to the paneling and label it. He answered all of my questions with expertise and professionalism. He offered to install some safety features such as outlets in the bathrooms and kitchen and remarked about having smoke detectors hard wired in the hallway and each bedroom. He remarked about having many of their items GFI protected included the patio. Kevin mentioned the company's Power Club membership and it's benefits. He explained everything in detail and gave me many options to consider. He did not pressure me, which I truly appreciate and the information was very helpful. I will consider his suggestions as we go forward into the future. I am relieved by his inspection.
