Came out for estimate which was $8,400.00. I agreed and then talked with friends who all said it was way too high. Cancelled. Found someone else who is doing the work for $1,000. GUESS THAT IS PRICE GOUGING MR. SPARKY! My replacement is licensed and professional, by the way. They had done a couple of small jobs for me previously and I was impressed. Janet Davis

I understood the 189 dollar fee for weekend. I did not understand the fee for diagnosing the issue. It was a straight forward issue and he was here an hour or less. almost 800 dollar bill. Too high

He came out to check my intercom system for our gate. He said it had power. When the actual gate guy came out, he said it never had power. They said the would come back out to fix it, but they said they were too busy to come back out and I never heard back from them again. And I had already paid them. I wouldn't recommend them. I would tell a friend to try to find someone else that knows exactly about that specific type of electrical work.

The experience with this provider was great the technician laKeith Anderson was crying and very professional he explained the problem and what it would take to fix and did it in a timely manner and reasonable cost I would highly recommend them again

Workman scheduled to show up between 8-11 am on 10/15/16; finally showed up at 1:30pm. Gave quote, and promised to arrive on 10/18/16 at 8am (as I had to let him in before I left for work). Called office, and told this project was scheduled for Friday, 10/21/16, and not 10/18...even though he said he'd be here on 10/18. Cancelled project and am now seeking a reliable electrician in the Fort Lauderdale area that will do the work requested on time.

The technician - Walker - was excellent. And when one of the pendant lights had a blown transformer, he came back after we received a replacement and installed it free of charge. I would recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone.

They did a good job but they over charged me, and it was an exorbitant amount just to put a little socket into the front of the house and one in the back room. He charged me like over $100 just to put those two little sockets in. I thought it was just like too too much. He kept telling me that the other sockets were gonna go and I had to replace all the sockets of the whole house so I didn't like that that he was pressuring me to do the whole house when I've had the electricity just the same way it has been since they came and nothing has happened.

Showed up on time, finished the work in a few hours, cleaned up afterwards. Would hire again.

Mister Sparky came and after reviewing prices, decided the cheapest option was to cap off the outlet. However, prior to completing the work, technician did a "safety inspection" and told me that I should have other additional electrical work completed that would cost almost $9,000!! Would never spend that kind of money without getting a second opinion!!

Called to schedule emergency services. Agreed to have them come with their high after hours service fee of $189. After 4 hours no one showed up or called. When I contacted them, Reese, the guy that answered the phone, said they had no idea why the tech was not there as the appt was logged and scheduled and was not on another job. So much for service. Stay away from this company.

Didn't use....they were very expensive

First of all, the response to my call was within hours and the time was set for 3:00 PM. Steven, the technician arrived at 3:10 excellent. he was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and troubleshot my problem within an hour. the cost was a little extreme, but the alternative was worse. We scheduled the job for the following day at 8:00 AM. Steven and his partner Eddie, extremely knowledgeable and professional as well, arrived at 8:00 AM. By the end of the day the job was done. As it turned out the damage was the result of an FP&L issue, which Steven diagnosed before leaving. I contacted the power company and Steven addressed the issue on my behalf. My wife and I have other projects requiring electrical work that we want to do and Mister Sparky will be our contractor. I highly recommend Steven and his crew for any electrical work.

They quoted us $556.00 to replace them. Plus we had pay the service fee of $59. Such a rip off!!! As we got another electrician to do the same job for $80 and we supplied the two units needed which cost us $19.99 each. It took him 30 min. Would not recommend them!

This company is very professional, from the first call to the home office to book an appointment - things went well. They collected all my pertinent information and scheduled an appointment when I requested ( within 2 days ). The technicians called in advance to say they were on the way, and arrived promptly. Upon arrival they offered to put on shoe covers to enter my house, but this was not necessary. The two techs were Steven and Eddie, both were extremely professional, polite and looked at the 4 projects I wanted done. They explained some pro/cons of the things I requested and in the end they worked on 3 projects and I decided to postpone the other one. The work was performed within 3 - 4 hours. They were very efficient and cleaned up each area after the work was done. The installations were very good quality. I am very pleased with this company and would definitely use again. I am not sure if they are the least expensive, but my time is valuable and they worked quickly and saved a lot of time.

It went very well. He came on time and worked the entire time. He was finished with in the day so I did not have to reschedule. He was very knowledgeable.

Ignacio was amazing. Best electrician I have ever used. Worked from 9-5. Meticulous in his work.

Everything went really. well. They helped me out a lot. The worked with my schedule while I was in the hospital.

The technicians that came out to my house were very prompt and even early. They kept me informed when they were on their way. They checked many factors as to why my detectors were flashing a blue warning light, including checking my circuit breakers. They gave me 3 different options and prices for various levels of repair. I went with the lowest priced one as I am a renter and not the owner of my unit. Steve and Ignacio were great. I would use them again.

Eric M. provided excellent customer service, very informative and even offered up additional work to provide better lighting and save on my eneegy bill.

It was a complicated install as the house was old, but Steve got it all done. Great job!
