The electrician did a nice job of fixing the light fixture and appeared to be very professional. Customer Service was not great. I called once to check on the building permit for the electrical panel and someone answered and she said that she didn't handle the building permits and that she would leave a message with the person who did and they would call me back. I didn't get a return phone call. I called back and finally got to talk to someone about the building permit and scheduled the inspection. Unfortunately nothing passed inspection. The electrical panel and the required smoke detectors were not installed to code. It took three inspections to finally get everything approved. Everything is working ok now but if we need electrical work in the future I thing we'll find a different company.

Great! On time, price was right, electrician had it up and running in 15 min.

Terrible. I have absolutely no idea how this company is an "A" rating on Angie's List. Service technician said because generator low on oil nothing he could do. Didn't have the tools and equipment on his truck to conduct our service call. In addition, got the impression he didn't want to work anyway. Spoke to Rick the manager and he said they only deal with electrical side. Well why didn't this company tell me that when I made an appointment to have my generator serviced.

The technician arrived on time and was professional. He quickly evaluated and confirmed that my 2 GFIs needed replacing. I had already bought them as I had originally just planned to replace them myself. The total cost of the parts was about $30. The technician then quoted me to change the two GFIs. His quote was $330. After discussion, he acknowledged that it was a quick repair (less than 30 minutes total) but said that his price had a 3 year warranty which I was not interested in. He then lowered the price to the $220 range without the warranty. After further discussion, he asked me what I felt I should pay. I told him if a company pays an electrician $100 then I should pay $50 for 30 minutes labor plus the $29 trip charge / service fee that I was already paying. He then told me that he could do it for $114. By this point, I kind of felt like I was playing games at a used car dealership and decided that I would not hire this company. Overall they were nice and professional but their pricing is awful. Assuming 30 minutes in labor, they wanted to charge me $660 per hour for an electrician. No thanks. I suggest calling another electrical company that offers more fair and straight forward pricing.

Mr Sparky's Eddie was a gem. He called in for backup as he had to dig a trench from the back of the house to the front to bury the line. What was going to take 2 days took 1. He was professional and courteous, as was his helper. I certainly would use Mr. Sparky again and highly recommend them.

Steven came out and was professional and helpful. The issue was very quickly resolved so he did not charge. He did inspect the electrical system and made recommendations with estimates. Would use them if any needs come up.

They've come out and done a few different services at our house and they were very nice, and professional. The person who came out to our house to perform the service was just very professional, very upfront with us and personable.

When the technician came out, they wanted to charge me $501 to let me know what the problem was. I told them that I purchased the $49 Electrical Inspection and they told me that was just to check the electrical, in the house, not to diagnose the issue.

They wanted $500 to install the microwave, I chose to just install the two coach lights. ($206.00). And hired someone else to install the microwave for $129.00. It took one person 20 minutes to install the microwave, as it needed no electrical work--- just plug it in.

The technician was on time to check on my landscape lights that were not working. They wanted to perform diagnostic for $200.00. I declined and paid the $29.00 service charge. The repair work was performed by another company for $25.00.

Everything went well until it was time for added costs. The Sparky guy at firs, was taken a look at the wrong house. I wanted only the back house inspected. Still, I kept getting inspections for the the front house instead of the back . I know this because pictures were send to me. At the end, I received an outrageous quote for repairs after being told it would cause we $300 dollars more. I agreed assuming I would get an analysis for the back house. The focus still the front, then the quote for the front and back. I would like my $300 back . I feel I was taken advantage of about the analysis. Indeed, I got another estimate and was told different, was able to get the repair for 500% cheaper. I would like my money of $300 back

I thought he was fantastic. He arrived late, but he arrived about 6:30 I think, and stayed long enough to finish the work. For an hour and a half of work he charged me $167, which I thought was fair. The worker was terrific. I opened the door and he walked in and put on shoe coverings boots, did his work. We talked about it a lot, he did it the way I wanted to get it accomplished within the space I had which was somewhat restricted. When he finished, he cleaned up better than my housekeepers do. He did a good job, so I would certainly use him again, the company and the gentleman. The price was fair. The quality seems fine, but it hasn’t been tested yet. Responsiveness was very good. At least he stayed and did the job yesterday.

The person, Seth called me immediate & was very nice & after I explained the electrical work to electrify my 2 new gates and a new electrical panel with a permit, was told it would be a $59.00 estimate fee! When I told him that was odd to charge for a quote, I was immediately hung up on. I was somewhat shocked seeing this how they do business & how they treat potential customers who is willing to pay for good work & service. Extremely disappointed.

I used them quite awhile ago. I haven't used them recently for anything.

They were polite and professional. And they discovered and fixed the problem.

These guys were wonderful! They showed up on time, were very professional and polite, and did a great job for me. One of the ceiling fans they installed was in a very difficult place to access; but they figured it out and got it done for me with no problem. I will definitely be using them again.

Quality of work was good. It just took forever (3 reschedulings due to miscommunication of employees amongst themselves) Also ended up paying more in the end.

They are polite and responsive but VERY over priced! I did not have them move the outlets. The company I hired did a great job and was half the price!

The upswell was offensive and my loose wire is still an issue. Stay away - these guys are all about making money and service is not their priority

Very well. The electrician deduced that my problem was most likely cause by power surges, so he suggested installing primary surge protection, which we did.

I felt ripped off. I was told it would be a $29 fee after Angies List discount to look at whats wrong. i would then be given a quote to do the repairs. Once the repairmen got here I was told to do a detailed inspection is $169. After complaining he said he would do the entire job for $244. He only removed on socket and tested it. I was then told I need to have my breaker replaced. It was an Arc Fault Breaker.. I was then told that there is oxidation on the panel and the panel needs to be replaced for $1400. I feel ripped off.

They were prompt, explained everything in great detail and let me know exactly how much I'd be charged and why. They finished quickly and showed me everything they had done and why. Extremely professional and thorough, I'd highly recommend.

The technician was very personable. He gave me a quote to replace a ceiling fan and to repair outlets in two bathrooms. My only problem is that he quoted me 5 times the amount for the job than other companies. He told me that there was no power to my two bathroom outlets and that it would be around $250 to repair. When another company came in for the estimate they fixed the bathroom issue by resetting the gfi in another bathroom (did not charge me). Make sure you get several estimates before going with this company.

I liked their punctuality, professionalism, trustworthy, and they did what they were going to do, although they are not completely done with the job yet. So far it is pretty good.

It was an overall positive experience. The electrician was on time and very professional. He had a great attitude and was very friendly. He did check the electric panel to offer optional services, some of which are a good idea, but was totally ok with just doing the job he was called for. The price was fair and the job was done right.
