They did a great job! I'd give them a B+ in quality and their pricing is reasonable. There were no issues with scheduling and they were right on time. I'd absolutely recommend them!

The gentleman from My Handy Craftsman replaced four pairs of door pulls and installed the mirror in a neat, professional manner. My husband suddenly remembered the antenna wire dangling outside and asked that it be fastened to an exterior wall. This was done quickly and competently, even though we had not mentioned needing this small task accomplished when we originally contacted the company.

Val arrived exactly on time. after going over the projects, he got right to work. I really appreciated not having to schedule another day for the work to start after agreeing on the costs etc. He patched old exhaust vent holes in the concrete wall and deteriorated cinder block in the pool pump room. The biggest project was to replace some wood siding on the second story. We have a mansard roof with inset windows and the T1-11 siding below the windows had become rotted. Val replaced it all with Hardie Board cement board and painted it as well. I looks great and he handled a few unexpected situations very well. Val is a great guy. easy going and does great work. I was also impressed that Jeff the owner called to follow up on how the project went. I will use them again, no question about it.

Great service. Arrived on time, all of the work was performed perfectly, and I think it was an excellent value for the money. I believe the handyman who visited us was named Val -- in addition to performing great work, he was very polite and professional. I'd recommend asking for him if possible. We initially tried installing the light kits for one of the ceiling fans ourselves, but had problems due to the fact that the previous owners' had wired them incorrectly. Val fixed this for us. We also had previously attempted to remove the TV frame ourselves and couldn't do so -- neither by hand nor with a drill. Val was able to get this done, no problem. The company was a little hard to get a hold of. I filled out the "contact us" form on their web site and left a voicemail, but it was several days before they called back. However, once I did hear back from them, they were very punctual and easy to work with. I'd happily use this company for handyman services again.

It was great! our handyman, Lloyd showed up on time, was very professional and got everything done that we needed done the same day. I had been using a "friend" as a handyman and now I know that I've got to stick with professionals. They're professionals for a reason!

This company was very responsive after the initial call. Bob B promptly came to the house and gave us a time and cost estimate. He told us that he would need to complete his current job, but expected to be able to begin our work the following week. It was an additional week before that job was completed, but Bob called to keep us in the loop. Once the work began, things rocked along smoothly. Our job took a little longer than the estimate, but the quality of the work was really excellent. We are VERY happy with the results.

I appreciated him being so honest with me about his schedule and decided he would be worth the wait, especially after reading the positive reviews. I'm still waiting to hear from him.

Bob was awesome! He gave me a price for the minimum of 2 hours. He ended up having to go to a hardware store for a particular part and the washer/dryer job took longer than expected but I still paid the estimated. He worked hard and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to others and would use him again if I have need.

They replaced a portion of drywall that had been damaged by a leaking shower door. In addition they recaulked my shower door and replaced the wax ring under my toilet. They were prompt, courteous, and performed quality work. In addition, the price charged was fair and they left my home cleaner than they found it. Great job!

I got 3 estimates and they were competitive with their price and I like their professionalism. They gave me a detailed estimate and everything. They told me exactly what materials I would need. I would recommend them. I'd say they do good work at a reasonable price.

He did a great job. There were lots of cuts to make, very few long walls. He worked extremely hard, stopping only 2 during the whole day to take short break.

I have used My Handy Craftsman in the past and always was satisfied with their work. They are honest, reasonably priced and always seem to go above and beyond. This time as I was preparing my house to go on the market I realized that my shower needed a re-caulking. Chris was prompt, took a look at the job and gave me a good estimate. He worked quickly and even looked at the rest of the bathroom and recommended a couple of other caulking issues that he repaired at the same time. It looked great, he cleaned up and I was very pleased. Past jobs for me have been wood replacement, painting, drywall repair. I like that one person will come out for an appointment and be able to take care of many small things at one time - saves me time and aggravation.

The work was excellent. The entire toilet base and floor was cleaned and the toilet was reset properly. The plumber's truck broke down that morning and had to go into the shop. This caused him to arrive late. Sometimes problems like this happen and we do the best we can with it. I will use them again.

It's so difficult to find a good handyman in Orlando but with this company EVERYTHING went very smooth. Very professional, punctual, sensitive to material cost and friendly. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

I just wanted carpeting put on 3 steps and a wrought iron railing installed. He asked if I purchased the railing for him to install it, and I told him I didn't. His attitude changed completely and then told me he didn't do railings.

Called and came out 2 days later. Showed 2 areas of exterior rotted wood from home inspection. Gave good price and Bob could have it done that afternoon, so he started immediately. Was very friendly and let me know what he was doing when asked. Fair price for good work. Would use again, especially Bob. Love how he gave me receipt from Lowes so I could see the specific materials purchased and I could keep all extra material.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with performance and outcome. There was one minor glitch with the kitchen sink. We called them up and the maintenance person came out on the same day and did the fix. I have already recommended them to a friend. Strongly recommend.
