Lance is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He did a big driveway, front porch, front walk and garage job for me that took almost 2 weeks. His price was the best bid I received and his work was excellent. He changed colors several times for me because I couldn’t make up my mind and all he said was that he wanted me to be happy. Very honest and humble. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Lance is very skilled at pretty much anything concrete. He was able to repair damage (cracks from settling) on my existing stamped & painted lanai surface. He was able to match the color so close you can hardly see the difference. Further, he is a very polite young man, showed up on time and even texted his ETA on arrival. I highly recommend Lance and will use him again.

Resealed my driveway which was color coated 5 years ago. It looks great and should be good to go for another 5 years.

Lance came in and cleaned up a mess the previous “handy man” screwed up. He cleaned the pavers and sealed them properly. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Lance to epoxy the garage flooring. He takes pride in his work and enjoy his job and it shows. Mother nature was not being kind so he waited until he could finish the job when the conditions were best for doing it rather than taking a risk on doing it with the possibility the weather wasn't warm or dry enough to do. Lance if s a great person to talk to and he likes to get to know his customers and get their inputs but also he can give his too. I pretty much went with everything he suggested since this is what he does and knows what works.

Lance was great ! 2 weeks out in the freezing cold and he still did a fantastic job. Work came out better than expected, good attention to detail and communication throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend him and use again

Did a great job. I wanted a flagstone look and he knew just how to do it. It came out really nice. It was a big area, he worked hard, it shows we are very happy with the results.

Disappointed. Outcome not as expected. Cracks repaired in driveway were good. The paint job on front patio seemed rushed. Did not follow through as promised.
