+ -1 moreHe was very nice. He showed up when he said he would and was pleasant during the visit. Also, he made extra keys for our co-workers so we didn't have to worry about getting them from somewhere else later. No surprise costs.
Description of Work: Bob rekeyed our business suite. We have two front doors and two back doors. Bob was great, he even made extra keys for our co-workers on the spot!
