Jonathan was really great to work with; punctual, knowledgable, did the work as promised, answered questions, explained the process.

The technician, Joe, arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He was happy to crawl into my attic and make sure there was no indication of a rodent problem since we saw a trap in there. He was very helpful and made some great suggestions about how to keep bugs and other creatures out of the house. He pointed out several possible entry points and recommended a way to block them. He explained in great detail what we should expect to see in the next few days, and what might indicate a need for him to come back. My overall experience was excellent from making the appointment and through the tech's visit. I like that the company is green certified, and they have non-toxic products that are safe for pets and people. I found their prices to be reasonable and in line with other providers. I would be happy to share their information with friends and family.

Called Nvirotect on Monday and Tuesday at 8AM, a service tech was here to find out what type on stinging pest we had. Turned out it was a yellow jacket nest, in the ground under an oak tree. The service person, Steve, asked me to stay in the house while he treated the nest. After treating and killing out the nest, he said it was the largest he had ever seen. He then checked the rest of the area to make sure he didn't miss any smaller nests. He will return within a week to make sure the nest is dead. The cost of the service was exactly what was quoted on the phone.

I was given a quote but since it was almost exactly what Massey was charging I decided to go with a company I already knew.

The yellowjacket nest was discovered by our lawn service, after the man got swarmed and stung about 15 times. The entry to the nest was in the ground, about a foot from a tree in the back yard. Called two places, from Angies List, both with A ratings, price of one was $250-300, the other $175 (NVirotek). Went with NVirotect, for both the lower price, and that they noted that they used "Green" chemicals. They came out the very next morning at 8AM, so excellent promptness and responsiveness. The technician, Ed Pagan, spent about an hour. First he wet down the exit hole with a liquid knock-down spray, then pumped a dust into the hole. with a hand-held duster. Then he spent about 30 minutes knocking down emerging and returning insects with the liquid spray. We then discovered them coming out of a hole near an adjacent tree 20 feet away. He said that was their exit hole, and the entire colony was at least 20 feet long underground. He then blew dust into this second hole. He says that it takes a few days for all of them to die, and if we see any activity after 4 days, to call them and they will come out again and treat again with a power duster, no charge.

I have no complaints on their service and actually renewed my contract for a second year.

Besides the Quarterly service, they stand behind their service and will address ANY issues in -between scheduled service calls. Office personnel have been friendly and responsive whenever i had the need to call them. And their pest control is very effective!

Jonathan came out and treated for our termite problem, after an initial consultation. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use again and refer to others. Great experience and very impressed with the company.

I have been with Nvirotect for about a year and a half and have always been pleased with the service. We have an older home and the people who owned it before us didn't seal around pipes properly, etc... so we found that we needed a pest control company. The techs have always been polite and very helpful. I needed them to come out once between our quarterly services because we had silverfish in one of the bathrooms. They came out the next day, for free, and put a different bait down and that took care of it. I can sometimes tell when it is about time for our quarterly service because I might see a bug but as soon as they come out everything is fine. I like them in particular because I do have 2 young children who like to crawl around the floor and one who tends to get into everything. Nvirotect's products are safe enough that I don't have to worry or leave the house while they work.

They do a good job, came when they said they would, were very gracious, solved the problem and I would recommend them. Not sure how to judge the price because I have never had the work done before.

They are very responsive, whenever I call them for any issue, they immediately, send one of their team to take care of it.

Even though it was a very hot, humid day, Jonathan was very professional and cheerful as he completed his work. It couldn't have been easy or comfortable to crawl under the whole house to complete the treatment. He was very neat and appeared to be very thorough. He also had to drill holes in the concrete and brickwork and dig a trench by the garage for that treatment. He did it in a way that is barely noticeable. Great job! I plan to use their residential service and have the house tented. The company seems to be much more professional and competent than the company I was using. I'm so grateful for that!

They did a great job in all areas. After they did the initial treatment, a colony of ants moved into my kitchen. They came back out and baited and sprayed. The ants were gone soon after. Have used them for repeat service since with no problems.

Jonathon was the most knowledgeable of the 4 service providers I had come out and inspect and price for the treatment, although they were not the cheapest it was my opinion I was getting what I was paying for. He did show up on time on two separate occasions but had car trouble on one and showed up an hour late but did call. He was very through in the application and spent a lot of time with me to let me know exactly what he was doing even though I did not prompt him to do so. I also signed up for the monthly pest control treatments.

Excellent -- have not seen an ant, flea or tick in over a year -- year is treat quarterly.

In the beginning I loved their service. I do still like them and I will continue to use them, but the last time there was a newer guy... newer to me, not to the company... he was very late, and he completely forgot to apply the bate for the inside of the house. When I called, they made it right, however. That tech was unable to come back out but his supervisor came out immediately and applied the bait.

Started seeing ants and some type of flying bug coming in through windowsills. Called them and they gave me a choice of times for someone to come investigate and treat. Our tech was very professional, courteous and thorough.

I had a problem with those little tiny ghost ants. Ruben is very patient and hunts them down.

This is one of my favorite companies in Tampa. They have been everything you want from a service company: professional, responsive, reliable, reasonable and effective. Ask for John Lookadoo. He is our area manager and he's great. They sell an environmentally responsible product at a reasonable cost. They show up when they say they will and it works. I recommend them to everyone.

They're kinda pricey but they took care of everything. They don't come in and spray but they go into your shower and outlets so it's pet-friendly, kid-friendly and everybody-friendly. I have spiders really bad and they took care of that too. I use them all the time now.

In August 2011 we moved to a leased villa. After reviewing Angie'sList recommendations we decided on nvirotect primarily because of it's Eco friendly claim. We only wanted single treatment, however, was told that they required a year contract. Agreed to the year stating that we would only be at the location for 9 months. After vacating the villa we received an invoice for an additional treatment even though we had already received and paid for the 4 treatments covered by the contract. When we contacted the company we were told that even though we had agreed to an annual contract for the 4 treatments that the service automatically continued until we contacted them ( this information apparently was in fine print on the back of the service agreement we signed). I explained that I had been very clear at the beginning that we would only be interested in the 4 treatments and at no time did the representative tell us that the service would extend beyond that agreement. After contacting the company to question the additional treatment and charge we were basically told tough luck. The bottom line is that we ended up paying $300 for the nine months we occupied the residence. In addition, I would note that during the entire time we were there the products used did not stop the roaches and other insects even though we had the company come out and retreat. This was our first experience with what was billed as an environmentally friendly pest control service so I have no other example with which to compare. I will say that I have used many other pest control companies, none of whom continued to provide service after the service agreement expired, all of them were less expensive and all of them were effective in controlling insects. I have usually been very pleased with recommendations received from Angie's List but in this case I believe nvirontect provided misleading information from the beginning and provided services that were basically ineffective. We will continue to seek out environmentally friendly services, just not from this company.

We had done some remodeling in our home and had no problem but there is an abandoned house 2 doors down that has remained vacant for years. A gentleman in our neighborhood got tired of looking at the yard and one day decided to trim back the yard growth. As nice as that is, it stirred things up and that's when we started to see a few bugs. With things under construction we not only didn't want to give them easy access to nesting but we wanted to give the company easy access for treatments before we closed things up. So...John came out from Nvirotect and treated our house after we called. Extremely polite, thorough and, not only a great personality but he takes the time to listen and remembers things that makes the visit seem very personal and friendly. Not only would I use them again and again I would and have highly recommended them and have neighbors that have scheduled them for service. And I want to say we've had no problem since. Thanks Invirotect, and thanks to John for a very professional job.

We used Nvirotech at my mother-in-laws house last year, in the Spring or early Summer. They did an initial flea control application and came back a week later to do the follow-up application to take care of any recently hatched fleas that were still in their eggs when the first application was done. Her house had a major flea problem and so did her cat, who goes outdoors. Before having Nvirotech go over, my wife and I first gave the cat a flea bath and then applied Advantage to the skin on the back of his neck. Right after that, we had Nvirotech go over to apply the first application. It has been about 6-8 months now since Nvirotech was there, and my mother-in-law has not had another flea problem inside of her house. We have been very happy with the results. To prevent a new infestation, my mother-in-law continues to use Advantage or Frontline flea liquid on the back of her cat's neck. Nvirotech got the job done right and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a flea problem. Also, their staff is very friendly.

I paid for the 6-month regular service (3 visits) with the detailed initial visit (since I was moving into a house that had been empty for several months, and saw some random roach and other dead bugs lying around during my first walkthrough). The exterminator was very friendly and answered all my different questions - I had 3 cats and a dog and wanted to make sure everything was safe for them. Right before I moved in he applied the interior stuff they use (not traps) to the inside of the house and then did a sweep of the outside to deal with all the bees/wasps nests underneath the roof overhang (it's a very wooded area with nature allll over the place). Didn't take long, and after he came we didn't see any more bugs inside except for the occasional spider. I believe he also applied a treatment to some parts of the lawn... I then had a f/u service about two months later but since there were no bug issues to deal with inside, I asked him to just do the exterior. Overall I received great service and didn't see any bugs after their first visit; I would recommend Nvirotect and would use them again. I also needed to contact the office for a couple payment questions and both Seth and Rose were very responsive and helpful. Overall great work and customer service!
