Description of Work: Morgan Exteriors Inc. installed/replaced second floor siding on our house with Hardie Board ship lap siding. They reinforced the exterior wall studs and then installed the 4X8 plywood and wrap before the Hardie Board. | |We are very satisfied. | |After the siding project we contracted with Morgan Exteriors Inc again to install low-E impact windows and sliders. The windows and sliders look great. The house is much cooler.

Description of Work: Morgan Exteriors was hired to replace my whole house with windows (tooked up name from angie's list). In my guest bath I had them remove window and close in space. I was told by two other contractors that it was not done the correct way, it should be enclosed with cinder block. Stucco on outside is cracked in several places and wall is bowed. I called them three times and they said they would send someone to look at it. As of this date, May 9,2013, nothing has been done. In their advertisement, the say they have never had a complaint on your site. Would like to have this repaired the correct way before it creates black mold (which the other contractors said will happen).

Description of Work: Chris came to give us the details and price for replacing 2 doors with glas fibre doors. Ours were rotted out at the bottom from water over the years. They were replaced with great professionalism by 2 installers. Chaming and knew what they were doing! Then Rob came while we were at Lowes getting the handle rekeyed and finished the job and WAITED for us to return so that he could install the handles. What a great service to us. Would recommend this company highly.

Description of Work: This company sold us a window we didn't need. 1 window = 3500. They had horrible customer service and Told us they were checking for mold after the 6 week waiting period of when they can actually do the work ( the guysndidnt know anything abiut mold who installed)they never answer your call. We finally got a home inspector out who said it never was a leaking window, but a satellite dish in our stucco. Sure, Morgan came out to look at ( after our 3500 window leaked the first storm!) only bc we sent a letter from our lawyer. They finally showed up completely unannounced on a weekday morning to half-way fix the problem. HoRrible!!! Their phoneline is kinda fake., like you can never reach the owner, only the receptionist who is RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not recommend!!!

Description of Work: We we're pleased with the work completed by Morgan Exteriors Inc. The sales rep Chris was awesome and very friendly. It took nearly two month from the time we signed the contract to get the doors installed, they seemed to have a really heavy workload and I had to call and email to get an install date. The price was more than we expected ($2800) but they were custom order French doors w/blinds inside and they were exactly what we wanted so we are happy! We had initially signed the contract including a window but later decided to cancel it and the company gave us no problem in doing so. Overall it was a nice experience and we are very pleased with the work

Description of Work: I had Morgan Exterior's over to the house, they did a window measurement and priced out the windows. Their price was way out of line to other quotes that I received. I felt very confident that the company would do what they said, I felt comfortable that they would sell me a great window, however I feel that they have too much overhead to make themselves truly on par with other companies selling the same exact window. The sales person tried to make me feel that the company that I compared against was going to sell an inferior window but ultimately the windows were the same custom sized window as everyone else was bidding.

Description of Work: They removed old single glazed windows and installed two Double insulated Simonton windows in our bathroom..All work was done as it was called for in the contract . They were efficient and are "customer friendly". They cleaned up as work progressed. The owner Kirk Morgan came by to finalize arrangements and verify measurements. Based on my experience with them, I WILL be using them again to replace additional windows in the future. Description of Work: Morgan Exterior sent Jason out to discuss the type of windows and doors that we were interested in having installed. Once we had our quote, Dennis, the company's installer came out to measure all of the windows exactly. After the doors arrived, we experienced a one day delay because of securing the permit. The windows were installed first. Dennis and Greg were an excellent team. They were here on time, worked efficiently and neatly. They were both very courteous and very skilled. The doors were installed next, and everything went smoothly except that the front door that was delivered was the wrong style and had to be reordered. Dennis and Greg temporarily installed the door that was sent so that we would have a front door. Until the door arrived, the mudding and painting was done. Both gentlemen did an excellent job. Larry the painter made sure that we were satisfied with the colors of the paint, and returned to do any touch-ups as needed. When the front door arrived, it was installed promptly. Dennis came back later to make a slight adjustment. We were very pleased with their workmanship. We also appreciated the fact that the owner Kirk Morgan came out to inspect the workmanship of his men, and he noted any work that needed that extra touch. Overall, the whole experience was excellent. I have recommended them to my neighbors and friends.

Description of Work: Company provided proposal for replacing doors and windows. I very much liked the products and the salesman Kief. I ultimately went with a different company because I preferred that company's ideas on which windows to get. I would consider this company for future home improvement projects such as roofing.

Description of Work: Presented proposal to do entire reroofing job. Price was also 40% MORE than bid already received. When informed of this, tried to use "scare tactics" related to permit/inspection, quality of workmanship, Workers Comp coverage of the other company.

IF THIS COMPANY IS NOT INTERESTED IN PERFORMING THE JOBS FOR WHICH THEY ADVERTISE, THEY SHOULD DISCLOSE THAT INFORMATION WHEN CONTACTED.
