Very good and excellent. Day one with the salesman was here, excellent representation and professional. the installer was professional, on time, and clean up was excellent.

Had to hire a lawyer to get Morgan Exterior to finish job as detailed in approved building permit. We attempted to communicate with Morgan since day one of install, but their only response was to say the job was done adequately and to give them the rest of their money. Sales is great, customer service and follow through is terrible. If something goes wrong with the install, expect bullying tactics and no professional communication from management. If you expect the owner to care about a poorly completed $39,000 job, you will be surprised.

I cannot recall a more disappointing consumer experience, albeit expensive experience, than the one we are currently having with Morgan Exteriors. A project to install all new hurricane impact windows and doors in our home began in March 2019 and remains unfinished in mid-July. Morgan has either too much work to handle, or the front office is incompetent. We suspect both. Installation work in March was professional and done correctly. Morgan dropped the ball in the finishing work: exterior slider stucco bands and door painting. Morgan also did not follow through on our door lock order. The south side of our home has an unfinished look and every day is a reminder of what bad customer service looks like. We cannot recommend Morgan Exteriors at this time for any home improvement project.

Was not up front with assisting customer with knowledge of roof warranty that they installed in 2011. Now roof is defective. Warranty they offered does not cover cost of replacement and shingle manufacturer will not cover. Roof is less than 10 years old. Customer is out thousands of dollars due to this company selling the wrong warranty and/or not offering up front information.

Overall experience with order process was excellent and professional. Pending installation.

Zach came out to give us an estimate on windows after having several other companies, Zach and Morgan exteriors were able to give us a great price. Zach was very polite and knowledgeable and fought to get us exactly what we needed. I would recommend Morgan exteriors and Zach to anyone who is looking for an awesome window company. Thanks Zach

Zach came out to my home to give me a price on windows. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured to buy at all and I felt like an expert on windows when he left. I ended up choosing Morgan exteriors to do my window replacement, and Zach has worked with me for almost a year on trying to get me excellent pricing and approval As I am finally financially able to proceed with the work. I would recommend this company and Zach to anyone in need of windows awesome experience

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the work Tom and his crew did at my home in safety harbor. They installed all new doors and windows in 2 days at my home last week. They did a fantastic job! They were efficient , pleasant nice gentlemen and did a truly fantastic job. I would highly recommend them ! Thank you ! My house looks great!

They set and appointment and then call and try and force everyone to be there so that they can use pressure sales. Refused to confirm the appointment with only one party there. Legit companies present there product and let you investigate it with no pressure. Wasted my time. I would not use or recommend. Tried to use the old we have a high end product. They all have a high end product. What a joke.

Salesman was very punctual and knowledgeable. Answered all questions and addressed all concerns. Showed and explained available products and touched on pros and cons of each. Price we negotiated was excellent. Very pleased.

They have not completed project, but already have done an exceptionally poor job - customer service people argumentative, overly pressured sales techniques and mediocre ability to submit required documents for HOA - for a large organization, they are in a word, terrible. I would rather hire a bunch of miscreants and install big box store windows than have to deal with these unprofessional, mean spirited people

Zach came out from Morgan exteriors to give us an estimate on our sliding glass doors. We used Morgan For 2 of our bathrooms and the work and service was phenomenal. Zach was punctual, polite, Informative and one of the best representatives I've dealt with in a long time. We purchased new doors and cannot wait to see the finished product. I would recommend anyone in need of any home improvement project to call zach and Morgan exteriors

We have been dealing with this company since April of 2018. The salesman misrepresented the install time and assured us we would have the four windows and hurricane shutters for the 2018 hurricane season, at the rate we are going this may not be complete in its entirety for the 2019 season. We waited so many months for the windows to be installed and many more for the hurricane shutters. Morgan is only agreeing to give us a credit of ten weeks stating that is when they started the job, when in fact there was an additional waiting of 12 more weeks before the job was substantially complete which we should have been give credit for. The inspection has not been done and will not be done unless I agree to pay they money which they are not entitled to for the time period in which the job was incomplete. In my opinion they are a horrendous company to work with. I would look for another company for windows and hurricane shutters. This has been a major hassell and a very bad experience.

I bought four new windows and hurricane shutters from Morgan Exteriors. The overall experience has not been good, poor communication throughout the entire process, now my windows have been installed after 6 months of waiting, missing parts for my hurricane shutters, have holes in exterior of my house because the installers forgot that one of the windows they installed was impact and not receiving shutters. Are you going to fix it and paint? Hoping that Morgan Exteriors will live up to the contact we agreed upon and complete the job since they have been paid in FULL. Breakdown of the dates: Signed my contract on May 18th, 2018. Upon signing my contract, I was told that it would take 6 - 12 weeks before the install would happen. I was expecting to have my new windows installed by mid August. 26 weeks later and my windows and shutters were finally installed on November 12th but the job is NOT complete. Inspection by the city was completed one week later. Now another two weeks have passed and I haven't heard a word from Morgan Exteriors, however payment was processed right away after the windows went in. Sales pitch: Overall the sales process was decent. Fair price for what I expect to receive if they complete the job! Sales person seemed knowledgeable and was willing to explain everything about the windows. Morgan Exteriors offers an incentive to their sales people to get positive reviews as soon as a contract is signed. Are you fluffing your ratings?? Your sales person will ask to write a review within 24 hours of signing a contact and using the sales person name. Then the sales person gets a gift card. Just read the reviews.. Communication: The first two months after I signed my contact, I was receiving a phone call every few weeks to give me a status update. Then by late July, the phone calls stopped and the only way I received an update was by calling Morgan. Every time I called it seemed like the office people had no idea what they were doing and would just feed you a line to get you off the phone. "I will call you back with an update in the next day or two." Guess what I would have to call back because I wouldn't hear a thing from them. All my windows had arrived to Morgan by last September/early October. However, when I called in mid October the office lady said, "Yes, your products have arrived and your file is now with the installers. They will call you in the next few days to schedule." Guess what I didn't hear a thing until I called again which was two weeks later. Once I spoke with the install scheduler, she told me that they had screwed up and never received my file like the other office girl had said. She got the install scheduled quickly and on my time which was good. Install Day: The installers arrived on time and right at 8am as promised. They got to work quickly and seemed knowledgeable of what they were doing. The lead installer had to make at least two or three trips back to their warehouse because items were missing for the job. AKA all of the hurricane shutters along with other important items. Windows look good and seemed to be installed well. Hurricane shutters were installed rough and the holes in my house are unsightly. Missing multiple parts for the shutters at this point. The installers also drilled multiple holes in the exterior of my house around one of my windows that WASN'T receiving shutters. I guess they didn't read the plans? Now my house looks unsightly and I'm waiting for Morgan to correct. Install was done by 3pm in the afternoon. Payment was issued but I'm waiting for the rest of my parts for my shutters, Morgan to fix the extra holes in my house, and cap all the windows. Again, I would look for other companies for windows and hurricane shutters. Not a good experience and would just like the contact to fulfilled as agreed upon.

I contacted Morgan Exteriors on 10/03/18 to request a quote and a representative was able to meet the same day. When I received a quote on 10/05/18, it was approximately $28,000 higher than the quote I finally accepted from another vendor. When I contacted the rep and asked if the price was a mistake, I was told that it was accurate. When I asked why his quote was so much higher, he stated that Morgan was doing more than other vendors but didn't elaborate. I responded that in fact, the only service they were providing that differed from other vendors was painting and I received no push back from the rep. I recommend obtaining other quotes and not relying solely on a Morgan quote before contracting for any products or services.

Extremely well. Morgan Exteriors did a lot of renovative work on my house back in January 2013 - and before - including windows, roofing, eaves/soffit, and painting. I called them about the wind damage and within a day their guy Jerry was on the job and fixed everything, (I think Jerry was one of the workers in on the original work.) Not only did he repair the damage that I had identified, but he walked around the entire house, noticed a couple of other points of damage (that had escaped my eyes) and touched them up. I aasked Jerry if he wanted me to sign anything and he said no. I asked him what i owed him/Morgan Exteriors and he just shrugged his shoulders. He said that Morgan Exteriors took care of their own. Jerry was friendly, courteous, professional, and very competant, and - it seemed to me - went beyond the call of duty (although it was apparent he deemed it otherwise.) Wow.

Great, My Cupboards look like new and the man (Brent) was a true craftsman, he did everything just perfect. I am so pleased with the job that he did. So much cheaper than all new cupboards but brand new doors and drawers. He did an outstanding job and I would recommend Refacing to anyone who is interested.

Our installer Steve needed to take off all tiles and floor. He put up new waterproof walls and corked it all. He put up new acrylic walls, shelve,bath bar, fixtures,framed the window and corked everything and new sliding shower doors. It was messy and alot of work but Steve was very clean He was always on time and took pride in his work. I am very happy with the job. ..

Zach came out to our house with a very professional and informative presentation. There was no pressure and he took the time to answer all of our questions. We were very comfortable with his pricing and decided to go ahead with the project.. We highly recommend that you consider Morgan Exteriors when you are looking for window replacements!

Salesperson very knowledgeable; answered all questions at time of meeting. The installers showed upon time, worked diligently and professionally, and were very conscientious about the job required. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I am also very satisfied with my new windows. What a difference! The Office Manager, Susan, provided guidance, help and information throughout the entire process (install dates/times) as well as answering all the questions I had in a timely manner.
