Very friendly and professional. Charged what they said they would. Pulled out a a mesh cover that I guess the roofers put on when they replaced my roof a few months ago. They showed me what they pulled out.

The man who came to unblock my dryer vent was very professional, took his time, and actually reinstalled the vent to my dryer and waited to see if the error message on my dryer returned. It didn't - problem solved! Thanks!
