Experience was fine, although on the Angie's list deal it was not obvious that the deal was limited to 10 rollers. I have to pay extra for 2 additional rollers, which nearly doubled the cost.

This work was scheduled between 10 & 12 noon. Bayside Garage Door service provider arrived at 12 noon. Explained what he was going to do. He completed the work in 30 minutes. Doors work like a charm & very quiet. He advised me about future work on doors that might be necessary.

Doors run more smoothly and more quiet. They are pretty much on time and efficient for the job too. They are pretty affordable too when we asked them for an estimate of something we are considering doing in the future.

Slightly late for appointment but called to inform in good time.

Rich was running later but kept me informed by telephone. When he arrived he appeared professional in his dress and quickly performed the agreed upon service.

Made the appointment for a week ahead. On the day, the technician called to say that he was running late and asked if I wished to re-schedule. I said no, as I was available all day so he arrived about an hour after originally scheduled but within the new agreed time frame. Work was carried out efficiently and without any further delays.

They did the work as described I the deal of the day. The technician, Richard was competent and courteous. He was also punctual.

On time explained issues gave options completed work with main suggestions.

This was a great experience from start to finish. He arrived right in the middle of his scheduled time and got right to work, explaining everything as he went along so we could understand what caused our problem and how to prevent it in the future. We were having a problem where the garage door would only open a few inches about 20% of the time and it seemed to be getting worse and more frequent. By the time he was done with his tune-up, we haven't had a single incident all week. Will definitely be calling back if we ever have any more trouble and can't recommend highly enough, thanks!

He said all it needed was a can of spray to lubricate the door. He just charged me for the overall diagnostic of the door, but didn't charge for the spray. He did a great job and it was an easy fix.

The experience was not very good. We answered an advertisement for Banko Doors on the television. When the service provider came out they were from Bayside Garage Doors. They said the problem was with the rollers but it is not because it has to do with the springs. The service did nothing to improve the garage door. When the garage door breaks in the future, I would not call them as I cannot have faith in their ability to diagnose the problem.

Came to the house and showed us the garage door info, gave us the instal date, came as scheduled. Came back and corrected a minor problem. Quite satisfied.

An excellent job at a great price with extremely high quality... Our sales guy Richard is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and had many hand outs showing all the different options. He found us a very high quality yet inexpensive hurrucane garage door that met our needs perfectly. He did a great job with replacing the garage door framing and all the work involved. We are extremely pleased with Richard at Bayside Garage doors? he exceeded our expectations.
