Was right on time and super nice. Explained the issues to me and wrote up a quote for the owner of the house.

The issue was with Angie's List not the provider. This company was very responsive however they just don't serve my area. Since I bought a big deal, I had to wait for a refund from Angie's list. The gentleman from bayside was super responsive and apologetic for the inconvenience to me as a customer. I wish I could have used them as I got a very good first impression.

Richie showed up right on time. Very nice and friendly. He went over the door, recommendations, price and how long it was going to take. I don't think he was at the house longer than 45 mins. Great service. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Discovering a broken spring on a double garage door, I researched Angie's List and found Bayside as one of the highest rated companies. I called Richie at about 11 am. He said he would arrive between noon and 1:00 pm the same day. He arrived at 12:45 and provided an estimate. I accepted, he replaced both springs in about 45 minutes. Very timely and professional.

We received four quotes from different garage door repair companies. All prices were around the same except for one company that would not provide a written estimate in fear of another company providing lower number - their verbal quote was ~50% more! Richard from Bayside was very professional, punctual and did a great job on our door repair. Representatives from other companies did not match the professionalism and knowledge of Bayside, which is why we went with them. Would highly recommend!

I called on Monday, and Richard showed up right on time on Tuesday morning. Calling to let me know he was almost there. He assessed the situation, showed me the problems, gave me all the possible resolutions and prices, let me make the final decision on how much I could spend and what to fix. Richard walked me through what I chose to replace and patiently answered all my questions. After his job was done, he showed me where I could do what little preventive maintenance there is to be done to ensure longer lift of the rollers and springs and also that I could replace one door panel with a different one with windows as I wanted. Overall, great experience from the answering of my first call until Richard left the garage. Professional, clean and respectful. I will use them again whenever I need garage door service or replacement.

The spring broke on Friday night. Called Bayside after checking options on Angies List on Saturday morning. Richie was here within 2 hours. Professional and knowledgable. Got the repair done with no fuss. Reduced 5% for Angies List referral. Gave advice for lubricating the new parts and related hinges and left can of lubricant..

Service was top notch in every way.

Garage door stopped working on Saturday evening. Called on a Sunday morning and they came out to the house within an hour. Was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had materials to fix on the truck. Did not try to upsell me just told me what the problem was and what it would cost to fix. I would recommend bayside garage doors to anyone looking for great customer service, quick response times and fair pricing,

Very professional technician arrived as scheduled. We have a very old, large garage door and they couldn't promise miracles but the work resulted in a quiet, smoothly operational garage door that now closes reliably. Was a bit disappointed that the $99 deal only included a certain number of rollers but probably my fault for missing it in the fine print.

I originally bought the $100 big deal for a garage door tune up, but since I have an 8ft garage door (the big deal was for 7ft), and I had quite a few things that needed fixed, I decided that it was time for a brand new door. He applied the $100 towards my new door and had it installed the following week. I didn't get to shop around so I'm not sure if this company was the best deal (I would have lost the $100 if I went with anyone else), but he assured me that his prices were competitive and I believe him. Nice guy, good work, I would use him again.

Two calls- just don't call you back

The service was fine and they did what they said they would do. Scheduling was quick, they were able to come out within a few days. One technician came out for the service and completed the work in 45 minutes.

We called Bayside because the springs on our garage door were broken. I made the appointment with Richard for service between 11 - 1pm. He called at 11:30 to let me know he was on the way and arrived at the time he expected to. When he inspected the garage door, he found a few other things that were clearly in need of repair/replacement (although I wouldn't have noticed if it hadn't been pointed out). He finished the work quickly and was very professional. I felt that Bayside was very fair and I would recommend them to others.

Spring broke, called Bayside on a Sun, Richie came first thing Mon morning. Replaced broken spring and the other one, did roller replacement and serviced door. Very professional, very friendly. Did a great job. Noticed loose bolts in track. Also took time to show me how to do routine maintenance on door (lubricating track, rollers, hinges, etc. Great experience. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

The torsion spring on my main garage door broke late yesterday afternoon. I called Bayside Garage Doors who gave me an estimate to replace the spring, and scheduled an appointment to do the work first thing the following morning. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and completed the repair. He also inspected the door to make sure there were no other problems. The work was done in a highly professional manner for the price quoted minus the Angie's List discount they were offering.

This was, by far, one of the best service experiences we've had in a long time. The original call was to replace our overhead lift, but after a thorough examination of our situation it was determined that additional work was required. While he explained that we didn't necessarily need to have the work done, he did explain what the repercussions would be if we did not. In other words, he could have just replaced the lift and then probably would have been called out again in 6 months to keep making repairs. Although it was not an anticipated expense to have the additional work, I completely respected his honesty - considering he could back up the statements he made. He was very punctual; in fact, he was a little bit early - very uncommon for service calls today. He work was outstanding, and our garage door now works like it's never worked before. Thank you to Richie - we are very happy with your work and would certainly recommend your services to anyone.

After initial consultation realized had to replace whole door. Richie is very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. Agreed on terms and three days later I have a new door. Installation went smooth and Richie always called ahead.

Tried to sell me a new garage door opener. I felt it was a bit of a sales pitch. I ended up using another garage service provider which only charged me $75 instead of the $300 Bayside Garage Door service man suggested.

They were excellent. He did a very good job, and he didn't try to overcharge me or anything. My garage door motor had broken down, and he was able to fix it. We had another company that had come before, and he had overloaded the door, the spring was too small. His price was really reasonable. I would call them if I had to have someone come out for the garage door.

Did an excellent job, was fast with repair, and very professional and prompt to arrive at appointed time. Would use again.

This was a great transaction. I was lucky enough to get a service call the same day. He looked over our doors, told us what had been done in the past and made suggestions of what would need to be done in the future. We bought new remotes which he programmed for us. I am very happy to know someone trustworthy who provides such excellent service.

Richie was very prompt calling me back when I initially left a message inquiring for service. His service level stayed the same for the entire job. He visited the house on time, called before as he said he would, gave an honest, quick estimate of the issue and fixed my garage door the same day. He was courteous, professional and very easy to work with.
