After initial contact the serviceman chris arrived bright and early around 7:45 a.m even though my appointment was scheduled between 8:00 - 8:30. I really enjoyed the punctuality of this company. He explained all of my pool fence options thoroughly covering different colors, heights and mesh types. It was difficult for my wife and I to choose one of the many available colors, but I appreciated that chris was very patient and made professional suggestions, while we decided on the best choice to match our outdoor space. I was amazed with how fast they were able to accommodate us with an appointment for the following day. Again Chris showed up on time, very friendly and in a good mood ready to work. He knew we were having trouble on deciding between a white or black fence, so he brought them both, which allowed us to compare one color option with our current screened enclosure versus the other . Having the two fences side by side definitely made it easier for us to make a better decision. The entire installation went smoothly and quickly. Chris is a well mannered professional and provided a great service. I would recommend this company to any of my friends and family.

It went great! We used the same company three years ago in our previous home and never regretted it. Naturally, we used them again when our family continued to grow and we needed a larger home. Great price, quality product and professional installation. It was the easiest decision I have ever made. Too many kids drown in Florida pools and it is preventable.

They came out within 2 days of our call to provide an estimate. The salespersonprovided great color options/recommendations for both the posts and mesh, and they were able to complete the installation within several days of us signing the contract. Installer was professional, and clearly explained how to use the fence. Great experience.

They gave me an estimate and then came a couple of days later to do the work. They were very professional and pretty quick about it. As a woman I was comfortable dealing with them. They were quick and clean. The guy was very easy to talk to and to deal with. My husband had a very specific idea of where he wanted the holes drilled so we walked around so he could see exactly where the holes were to be drilled. He was very thorough and marked all the stones. He made sure the holes were drilled exactly where we wanted them. He was friendly and I had no problems with them.

I scheduled an appointment and got one for the next day. They showed me samples of the product as well as different options. Once we agreed, they installed it the following day.

We had to get the job done really fast, and they were very accommodating to our schedule. We wanted to do other jobs around the house, and we wanted to have the fencing done before that. They came out very quickly even though they had busy schedules. The job went very well.

I spent $1200 to $1500 for that work. They did a standard job. They were on time. They were professional and did not leave a mess.

They gave me a good quote and were responsive to my needs. They did exactly what I asked them to do and completed the work in a timely manner.

Excellent, company was punctual and representative sent to do the installation did an excellent job including making the plugs fit with our existing fence from a previous property. Price was reasonable for the work $500 for 47 holes taking approximately 3 hours and 10 feet of additional fence. Fence is tight and looks great. Additional section that was needed is even better that our original fence. I highly recommend BabyGuard and would definitely use them again.

Our initial meeting with the sales representative went very well. The price was very reasonable. Our initial appointment for installation had to be re-scheduled due to inclement weather. A second appointment was made for the following business day. However, due to vehicle problems, the installers were several hours late. This was somewhat frustrating, but the installers eventually showed up and completed the work.

The representative arrived on time for the estimate as well as on the installation day. The worker was energetic, professional,and courteous. He provided me with a thorough demonstration regarding the opening and locking of the gates. He completed in the work in the time estimated (approximately 2/3 hours)and cleaned up before leaving. Now our pool area is much safer for our 11 month old grandson.
