Tim was friendly, responsive and punctual until he was paid. Then he disappeared completely. As clearly stated to me in word and writing, all of his newly planted material comes with a six month replacement warranty. The palm he delivered looked on the verge of death when it was installed, but, he assured me it would recover and if it didn't he would replace it. After a while it became clear there was no hope for the tree's survival. I called to have it replaced countless times, left many many messages and never got a response. Up to that point Tim had always promptly returned calls. After a few months, I gave up trying to get a response. The palm is long gone and the lawn has since died as well. I would not have accepted such an unhealthy tree without the warranty, and since the warranty obviously is bogus, I guess the joke's on me.
