M&M Unique Handyman Services

I hired these two gentlemen to do some painting, fix a window sill, and replace some board on the gable end of my roof. They showed up late after texting me what my address was. They showed up to do painting with no supplies (brushes or roller). Then they did not measure the boards to make sure that the ones purchased were correct. They then painted the board, so now I can not return them ($100 wasted). They were to repair a cement window sill, the repair was 1/2 in. out of square from one side to the other. I sent these guys pictures of the work, and Mark did nothing but make excuses and tell me *what was I unhappy about*. For the six hours these guys worked, they cost me more money than what they fixed.

I am going to keep him on my future fo several items I need done. I enjoyed his honesty and his ability to take care of what I neede. thanks for your service. J.mesa

we're so glad we hired Mark and Kwon @ M & M. The communication was great and the job they did assembling and installing our new 14'X12' gazebo was outstanding. I hired them to do several things that I could not do. They are so professional, knowledgeable, kind and work diligently to finish the job as experts. I will hire Mark for everything I need in the future! Mark and Quan are fantastic people! They work extremely hard and do not settle for a halfway done job. They have fantastic work ethic's! I have remodeled three homes in my lifetime and have not seen anyone with their work ethics... I'm so pleased and fortunate to find them. Mark is excellent in fixing pretty much everything and does an excellent job. What's nice about M&M is they show up on time and get right on the job or jobs.I had 4 or5 different projects and he did them all with ease. You get a bang for your buck with them. Hire them and you won't be disappointed.

M&M are the epitome of sufficiency and very professional and polite. I have hired them over and again. Ive gained friends as well as workers I can depend on in my old age

Fantastic workmanship and ingenuity. The Macguiver of wood! He put together our project in no time. Pleasant and professional, could not of asked for a better experience. He also offered additional ideas for other future projects that we absolutely loved. This guy knows his stuff and we will definitely be calling on him again for future projects.

I was on a time crunch moving my family to Puerto Rico. There were several different things that needed to be done to get the house ready to sell. He did them with good quality and sent me pictures of the terrific results. I would recommend him to anyone!

Mark was excellent!!

I had a number of small things and one larger project that got completed in one day. The only problem I had was several re-scheduling issues at the beginning. But once the work got started it was done quickly and very well.

Showed up, worked hard, did a good job.

Mark was right on time, did great work, gave me advice on other projects, and charged me the quoted price for the work. My wife and I are building a list of other work for Mark to do around our home. Great experience.

Mark went above and beyond the call by responding quickly to my request and taking care of it in about 15 minutes! Granted, it was a smaller job, but I so appreciated how he handled it. I would highly recommend him and we are going to have him back on some follow-up projects we discussed while he was here. Very gracious and nice guy, we've now found a "go-to" guy for those things I can't do or don't have the skill set for.
