Great deal on the coil cleaning. I thought I needed my other air conditioner done as well. They told me I could wait 6-12 months before I do it. So not just a good deal with a good job done, but honest as well. Hard to find all of that these days. Great place.

They told me I needed a new air conditioner within 5 minutes of looking at it; even though mine was only 5 years old and just outside of warranty. I didn't and called another company to end up getting it fixed.

This particular job took numerous painstaking hours to perform. The master technician, George, had a helper, Daren, and both worked constantly and thoroughly.

I did not stay thru the process. But I assume it went well since new tenant has not complained. They showed up on time and were very accommodating . Would use them again

On time, very professional, did a thorough job, cleaned up, checked out my AC unit because the Air Handler was leaking and let me know what the problem was. Very satisfied and would use them again or recommend them.

It was fine and we had no problems. I think we had a gas leaking problem and they solved it.

The diagnostics and repair was completed in about 2 hours... excellent service.

They were efficient, on time, and worked diligently. Was happy with the service but thought there was a little too much loose dirt blowing from the vents that day. However, I do realize that these vents had not been cleaned in years and I know they got a lot out. I would use them again.

It turned out very well. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. There were no problems scheduling the service. They were good.

Everything with them was fine. Two technicians came out and it took them a few hours. They did find a problem that I had with my dryer vent and they fixed that too.

Everything was done professionally and perfect.

The technician removed the coil unit, took the part outside and did the acid wash. He then replaced the part and cleaned up the area. We now have a clean running a/c. I was very pleased with the professionalism of this company. I would definitely use them again. He was on time, did exactly the work requested and the price was excellent.

Purchased HVAC coil cleaning. Vendor staff was prompt, accommodating and professional both when scheduling the service and when the service was cancelled by the home owner because access could not be guaranteed on the date scheduled. Option to reschedule was offered but declined by home owner.

They were just great! I arranged it all via email via Angie's list which was great. They quoted $199.00 and it wasn't a penny more. They called before coming, and were so professional, efficient, and left no mess. They even vacuumed our bedroom even though they left no mess in there. They took all the vents down, scrubbed them, let them dry outside while they worked on the inside - returned all of the vents to their proper rooms and screwed them all back in. I can't say enough about them, I would definitely use them again, and I would definitely recommend them. They were great !

Everything went extremely well. The coils were taken out given an acid bath and were installed with no problem. The a/c worked perfectly after installation. Would definitely use them or recommend them to anyone that needs their coils cleaned. Excellent work ,cleaned up left no mess at all. Very happy with their work

Pros: They were professional and we recieved what we paid for. They tried to upsell us on a few unproven technologies, like vent filters, but were very polite and didn't push the extras too hard. Cons: They were unable or unwilling to access all of the ducts and specifically the return duct, which was the most important one to have cleaned because is was the dirtiest. Apparently their tools could not make it around certain bends. They cut open another section of the return duct to clean it, so I'm not sure why this one section was so impossible. Also, they sprayed the ducts with some sort of perfume that is too strong to not have some level of toxicity. I had to take my family outside the house for an hour and open all of the windows. Not recommended. It's like a car air freshener in that it is not the same as a very clean or new car. It just masks existing odors with a stronger sent. We recently purchased this house and we didn't realize that there was a filter in the inside unit. We had change the return duct filter regulary, but the inside units filter looked like a mold farm. They put their advertisement "call this number" sticker on the AC unit, but didn't even check the filter! This oversite will prevent us from using them again in the future. I would caution against getting this done unless it is comprehensive and that includes the inside AC unit.

After moving into my home. I was able to schedule an appointment with very short notice. The professionals showed up and did a great job. My coil was in VERY bad shape. The previous owners did not take good care of their house. The A/C blows harder and cooler now. Money well spent. Small price to pay for not breathing in all kinds of MOLD that was on the coil.

Gerardo and his assistant Augustin gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to their arrival (per my request) so I would have time to secure my cats in our guest room. They arrived right on time and were very professional. They covered the furniture as they progressed from room to room. They worked very quickly & were extremely careful not to scrape or bang any furniture, etc. with their equipment and/or ladders. Speaking of ladders - we have very high ceilings in several rooms and they managed to get to all of the vents - even the extra high ones !! I especially liked the fact that they were very considerate of my cats. They saved the guest room (where my cats were penned) until the very last - and - allowed me to transfer the cats to the master bedroom before starting their equipment again - which was greatly appreciated. Gerardo also thoroughly cleaned my dryer inside and out (including getting up on the roof and checking the exit vent screen) before installing and programming the Lint Alert Detector that I also purchased along with the dryer service. I was seriously impressed with this company's service and pricing. I will definitely be using them in the future for all of my air conditioning needs.

These guys were on time and very professional. They put drop cloths down wherever they went and were very careful not to make a mess when vacuuming out the ducts. My cat was hiding underneath the covers in bed and they were even careful to not disturb him. :) They did an outstanding job cleaning out the air ducts and were finished in less than a few hours. I would definitely recommend them in the future! - Chris

As always, Air Care was terrific. We have used them in the past to maintain our old A/C system and to fix other minor problems. This time it was a faulty capacitor. The problem was diagnosed, and repaired in less than 20 minutes. Thanks again! We will definitely call again if we have any other issues with our system.

They did a really good job! I saw them take all the vents down and clean them. They did more than what I thought they were going to do. I was very happy with them.
