I have nothing but excellent things to say about Shutter Guard. The price was extremely reasonable and we could tell we were going to get great service working with a smaller family owned company. Andy, the owner, was always easy to reach and very responsive. His staff were very considerate and professional. During Milton we had a piece of a terracotta roof get imbedded in one of the shutters and he had someone there the day after we contacted him to replace the damaged part. The shutters have worked just as they should and spared us from any damage during Milton, whereas lots of people in our building were not so lucky.

We had Roll A Guard install 3 types of hurricane shutters; bahama, steel roll down and accordion. They were excellent to work with from the first initial estimate, through the HOA approval and permits and through the installations. They communicated with us timely and always arrived on time, explained what they were doing, educated us on the use of the shutters and cleaned up after the work was completed.

Excellent service. Very professional staff/crew. The company was prompt at all levels of service. Neighbors used a different company for their shutters and there is no comparison in terms of installation quality and use (I know first hand b/c I helped my neighbor implement her shutters prior to Hurricane Milton). Would not hesitate to use Roll-A-Guard again or refer this company to family and friends.
