 + -1 moreThey are pretty good to work with you time-wise. They are always here when they say they will be. They wear footies in your home so they don't get your carpet dirty. They have been very good to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: My service contract is 125 dollars for a year. They came to my home and serviced my air conditioner and put in a filter.

Description of Work: I contacted the company to schedule an appointment and they promptly and professionally came on time and prepared. Terry delivered and very informative, prepared, professional overview of the systems, gave details of how his guys would take care of all the details from start to finish. Terry and his company are a CLASS ACT and if you need HVAC or service I highly recommend them. They came on time, completed all work on time, and great customer service with follow up through the process by Terry. Jeanie and his team were A-1.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT ON A SATURDAY SINCE I WORK ALL WEEK. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR THIS. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND WERE COURTEOUS TO ME. THEY ACTUALLY ACCIDENTALLY TORE A PART OF MY SCREEN AND REPLACED IT RIGHT AWAY WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AS WELL.
Description of Work: I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY AIR CONDITIONING AND THEY INSTALLED A BRAND NEW TRANE ONE FOR ME. ALSO HAD NEW THERMOSTAT.
