Description of Work: We used this company before we joined Angie's List. They are not currently listed on Angie's List, but their FB site has your logo on there as previously receiving a good rating from you. They came in to quote on refinishing our Travertine floors. They were not happy when I didn't agree to provide half down at scheduling. I said I would after they began the work which they agreed to. Original timing on project was to take 2 days. Ended up taking three so my house was a mess over a weekend until they finished on Monday. After they said they were done, I reviewed the floor and pointed out several areas that were not done or were not done properly. It took them another 4 hours to finish those areas. After they cleaned up, the floor around where they filled the holes had lost the shine. They'll be back in a couple weeks to re-polish the entire floor. After this experience, I joined Angie's List because we have relocated to Florida and have a lot of work needing to be done.

Description of Work: The team that came to do my floors arrived at the stated time and moved furniture in 5 areas as needed to do the total surface involved. They removed all of the old residue from the tile, scrubbed and then polished the tile and the grout. Floors look like new.

Description of Work: Our condo has travertine floors. They looked very nice before Floor Cleaning Experts performed their magic. They now look fabulous. Floor Cleaning Experts cleaned, polished and sealed the floors. They now resemble marble. The process involves a lot of water and we were concerned about our newly painted baseboards. We should not have worried. The technicians were very professional and there were not any oops. Floor Cleaning Experts are exactly what their company name says, they are indeed Floor Cleaning Experts.

Description of Work: cleaned 4 8x10 rugs did a thorough cleaning of hardwood floors throughout the house and cleaned grout in kitchen and 3 bathrooms. One bathroom the grout was almost black and it came out 90% clean after drying. I expected 100% so I called and were happy to come back. I had them do a few spots while here again. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: Tried to contact this company for some work . The phone answering system was all static . The web site required me to play some kind of stupid game to prove that I am human ! I guess that I am not human as I could not play the game ! Oh well .

Description of Work: I called to make an appointment, and the owner had me call his answering machine to leave my name and number. He said someone would get back to me and we would arrange a time to do terrazzo cleaning.

Description of Work: They arrived promptly, were properly dressed, friendly, business-like and pleasant. They explained, in detail, what they were going to do, approximately how long everything would take, and when we should return. (Because we have a small apartment, we went elsewhere for the time indicated.) When we returned, they had finished the job AND the clean up. They walked us around and told us what we should do to maintain the floors better, how to do that, what to buy (and where to buy it ) and insisted we write the information down), and told us to call if there were any problems.

Description of Work: Tom Workman (third generation at floor cleaning) promptly came to my home to give the estimate and schedule the work to be done. From the detailed description of how the tile floors and countertops would be cleaned and sealed, I knew he was an expert. The work was performed by Tom and two friendly, courteous men. They were prompt, dressed in company uniforms and moved the furniture. The floors are still drying as I write this, but it is clear that they have been professionally cared for by Tom and his team. I give the highest recommendation to the Floor Cleaning Experts!

Description of Work: Steam cleaned and sealed tile and grout in kitchen, 3 hallways and 3 bathrooms. Cleaned and polished hardwood floors in living room and dining room. Replaced grout in bottom of master bath shower. Steam cleaned pool lanai. Steam cleaned carpets in master bedroom, office, and family room. Cleaned, sealed, and buffed granite counters in kitchen, master bath, and dining room.

Description of Work: Company did major cleanup after kitchen renovation & ceramic tile removal. Cleaned walls from ceiling to floor, including baseboards. Cleaned draperies & shutters on all windows, including window cleaning. Cleaned all upholstery in downstairs area. Stripped, cleaned, & polished marble in foyer, guest bath, living room, & master bath. Cleaned carpets on stairwell, in library, study, family room, & master bedroom. They cleaned pantry & shelves, & swept, dusted, & mopped a three car garage.
