I hired this company to move my family as suggested I paid cash and was supposed to get a receipt via email. They had my card on file to book the move and to hold deposit. After I paid cash the owner Chyna still charged my card for the move so basically I paid twice. Chyna is very rude she isnâ t a good person at all she suggested I file a police report even though she was told by driver that I paid cash and to make matters worse I tipped the three workers 100.00 each because they did the job in last time that was quoted for and also she went up 10 dollars on the per hour charge. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS LOOK ON BBB. I wish I wouldâ ve.

Stolen money.. coins. Broken furniture, pictures, broken beer steins etc! Definitely would not recommend this company. Still waiting for refund!!

Drivers loaded our furniture into a truck full of broken glass after I asked them to sweep it up. They did not, causing a lot of damage to our furniture. Gouged and scratched furniture , torn couch. No white glove here. Couch was delivered with black hand prints and dirt from the truck. If you do not care about the condition your furniture gets delivered , go ahead and use these guys. If you care go elsewhere. Now a month later we are still trying to get paid for damage claim.

Movers were professional and kind and made my move seem less stressful. They even worked with me to move up my move a week early and waited for me to close on my house to bring my things to my house versus go back and forth to the storage unit which would have added even more stress!! They did a great job and would use them in a heartbeat again!

We had a very specific request to move a pool table from our old house to our new house. On the scheduled appointment time, they were 2 hours late and came with not enough people to move the table. Our estimate showed 3 crew members and they showed up with 2, one of which could not help move the table. The wrong type of truck also. Rescheduled for the next day. Again, over an hour late on the scheduled arrival time. The pool table was finally moved but then the agreed-upon discount for our time and effort was not relayed to the drivers. Called the office and was told that the manager would have to be contacted. Almost another hour for this to get straightened out. Nice people but their work ethic and time management skills have a lot to be desired. Will not be recommending them any time soon. They did not give me my discount. Terrible company!

Wonderful crew, was able to get a follow up day as well, same crew, knew the total project and came in and got started immediately. Guys were fantastic!

Scammed me for $451.00. They just disappeared when I went upstairs.

Do not use this company. Horrible experiences from price gouging to the staff they employ. Hired them to move my daughter from Sarasota to Orlando. What was quoted out for approximately $800-900 for about 5 hours turned out to be a 12.5-hour $1800 nightmare. They showed up 2 hours late, 2 gentlemen came but one was consistently missing for long periods leaving only 1 moving the items. This is a 1 bedroom apartment that is 800 square feet. Boxes, 1 bed, dresser, 2 desks. No washer or dryer, and no appliances at all. It took them 5 hours just to load the truck due to the lack of work. They made comments several times that this would be a lot longer, and a lot more $$. Well, what started as about a 5-hour move turned into 12.5 hours and a damaged couch, broken glasses, etc. plus a $1800.00 move for a 1 bedroom 800 square apartment. Please beware of this company. They do not respond to you and do not care about customer service or the quality of work they do. PRICE GOUGING at it is finest with this company.

I was pleased with the service, they showed up early did the job to my satisfaction.

Great company Great service

Friendly, quick, able to move us on short notice. We had a much better experience with them than we had with a larger company a few years ago.

Was quoted and told beds would be taken apart and put back together, they were not. Everything was labeled, but all boxes were left downstairs. We had to move a lot on our own, including 2 televisions. Walls were banged up with no regard.

Very nice to work with guys were so helpful I had way more stuff than I thought they stayed until the late night to get the complete move done. Thank you Power Moves

We recently used Elite Power Moves to move from Tampa, FL to Manatee County and could not be happier with their service. They were extremely responsive, relatively flexible, and the entire process only took 3.5 hours from arrival to departure (that includes an extra stop). They were very careful with all of our furniture (blankets, cling wrap, etc.) and made sure to not scuff up any walls or floors. They are also priced extremely well for the quality of service they provide. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the future.
