Description of Work: I had to leave my house to my son and his friends when I was transferred to another state. When the boys moved out, the carpet was totally ruined (or so I thought). I called Heaven's Best from my new state of residence and spoke to the owner directly. I explained that I needed to an evaluation of the carpet to see if it was salvageable and if it could be cleaned so that I could rent the house again. I asked the owner to give me an honest assessment and not charge me a ton of money if the carpet couldn't be saved. Their crew showed up exactly when they said they would and called me with their assessment. They felt that they could get everything out except for some small areas where something like nail polish had been spilled. They gave me a great price so I authorized the work. They triple cleaned the really bad areas. According to my daughter who supervised the work, they did an amazing job and got all of the carpets very clean, she couldn't believe how well everything turned out. She told me that all of the guys that were working for Heaven's Best were very professional and informed her what they were doing every step of the way. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Description of Work: He cleaned our sectional. He was great about communication and punctuality. The job took a day longer to dry than he said and there were puddles of cleaning solution on the floor that ran down between the pieces. Also, there was quite a bit of vacuuming in the corners and cracks that I had to do to clean it after he was done.

Description of Work: Was just ok. Nothing bad, but just ok. Probably need a little deeper clean on my furniture and carpet in the future. The serviceman was punctual and professional.
