We were giving a specific date for this company to come out after they came to do a pre-inspection of the work. We waited until that date and there was a no-show. When we contacted the representative from the company they advised us that they did not give us that date but agreed to call us in a week or more to make an appointment. Since we had a deadline with other contractors we were positive that was not the case or we would have used a different contractor. I would not recommend this company because the customer service was unacceptable when they change the date and insisted we misunderstood them.

Jim had too many jobs lined up that week. He dropped off a crew that accidentally cut my electric dog fence wire. Which I fixed myself after I found where the break was. The job was replacement of Zoysia grass left by Bright House after a cable box and line was dug up. It had spread across my front yard. The grass he brought was supposed to be St. Augustine. It was a combination of crabgrass and weed infested grass that I am having to replace again. One mistake I made was trying to get the person he recommended to spray the lawn for fungus. They never responded and then Jim went out of town. Never did get anything resolved. I will not be using him again.

not happy with what they tried to do. it was the meter that was bad but I had a friends check it and it only cost 189.00 to fix. I was told that the well pump was bad and that they would pull the well pump out to check and that could cost between two and three thousand dollars to fix to pull it up 450 ft. the first person said that the meter was ok //////// NOT HAPPY.
