In May I was given Ryan Brink's number from a very trusted professional associate. Ryan came by and gave an estimate for sprinkler valve replacement and sprinkler head replacements. I hired him to do the work and it was done quickly. I sent the check to pay him. In September the valve began leaking profusely and I tried calling ryan several times between late September and end of December- leaving detailed messages. He NEVER responded. In late December I contacted the person who had referred ryan brink and he was able to get a hold of ryan! But when I called again there was, again, no response. By now my lawn and landscaping was dying because the system had to be shut off weeks ago. I was forced to have another company repair the valve again and replace several sprinkler heads at an additional cost. I do not recommend this company because he is impossible to get a hold of and therefore will not stand by his work. There's no sense in hiring a company that only wants an initial work and can't be counted on if a problem arises down the road.
