I told him it needs to be tied down. The guy took the toilet off & put a new wax seal down. He couldn’t tie it down completely. He put shims all the way around the toilet, which does not caulk it. I told him we needed to retile, so the shims will not help. He said this is the best they can do.

Fine work. Installed two toilets we had purchased. Friendly, prompt, and no problems.

Quick, responsive. Took plumber all of 5 minutes to fix the problem. I will definitely use this company again. They also have emergency service same day.

The service and professionalism was excellent. I called that morning and explained the situation, they let me know that a tech would be at my home in the next hour. He was prompt and professional. He examined the problem and let me know the only way to fix it would be by replacing the tank. He took the time to explain why it was necessary and did not just say you have to do it. The service was done in a timely manner and I have had no problems since. The tech made sure to let me know about the warranty and let me know to just call if I had any issues. To date I have not and I will be calling this company again for any plumbing related issues that arise. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

Went great. Both faucets were European and the plumber knew exactly what we needed and even ran to the plumbing supply store quickly to get a special piece. Plumber was polite, careful and punctual. Will definitely use Charlie Swain again!

Gentleman that came to do the work was pleasant, courteous and swift. Job (legitimately) came in under the telephone estimate. You cannot ask for anything more.

I called CS plumbing and the operator was able to give me a very competitive quote within seconds. Awesome! I knew the valves that needed replacing and had a cabinet installation going on the same day so time was of the essence. Other plumbers that I called, said it would be too difficult to quote over the phone even though I knew exactly what the problem was and some would charge just to come out (not good). Well Charlie Swain sure didn't have an issue with it, and they were able to come out to my house within the hour and had my water up and running again in roughly the time they stated (1.5 hr). Their plumber guy was very friendly and had a helpful attitude. Will definitely use again. Thanks!

We had actually contacted another provider that didn't even give us a call back. When I called Charlie Swain Plumbing, they seemed glad to get my call. They took my information and said that the plumber would call me within an hour. He called in about 1/2 hour and was here 10-min later. This is my third time using this company and I cannot say enough nice things about them. The service man is always on time very friendly and professional. The work is top quality !. And when or if you need to call the office you speak with a real person not a machine.. I felt with Mary Beth, she was just lovely. had granite countertops installed & of course a new sink & faucets.....my old plumber had retired so, went to Angie's List to check on plumbers.....reviewed Charlie Swan & decided to give them a try.....well, from the 1st call to the plumber that came out>>very friendly & professional..... I will use them again !

It was fine. He was on time and did a good job. There were a couple of difficulties. He hung in there until the job was done. He was friendly and personable and neat.

He was really good, he gave some helpful suggestions with payment advice with other contractors.

Ryan, the plumber, was on time, competent and reasonably priced for the job.

I called Charlie Swain plumbing early Christmas Eve morning. My kitchen sink was clogged and we were hosting a Christmas Eve party that evening. I spoke with the owner and he said he would have someone at my house between 2-4pm. He mentioned a coupon for one hour service for Angie's List members and promised he would make every effort to get someone there sooner. Well, he definitely did! Ryan arrived around 12pm. He was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. He was able to run a snake down the sink to unclog it and viola. Even though it was a holiday, both the owner and Ryan were so unexpectedly pleasant and accommodating. I could not have been more satisfied with the service. I wish I knew about them sooner. They are definitely our plumbers from now on!

My wife bent a pipe and over tightened it so that it could not be fixed without the right tool. The repair took under 5 minute. Did not charge us for the service call fee. This is the most honest service call we have had, and will use them for all our plumbing needs. I could not give a higher recommendation. Thank you.

Arrived on time, knew what he was doing, Russell the plumber was a very pleasant person.

Purchased two of their Angie's List deals to get toilets installed in my house. The plumber that came found a couple other issues during the installation. He brought them to my attention, provided cost estimates and resolved the issues that day (they came prepared and had the required parts in the truck). The new toilets function noticeably better than our old ones. We would use Charlie Swain Plumbing again.

The plumber did a great job and haven't had an issue since. He also talked me down on the disposal I had already bought from Home Depot and saved me about $100 by returning it and using the one he brought, which was less than Home Depot pricing. Overall great service.

Ryan was a model service provider and performed in a very commendable way. He was able to answer all of my questions and the installation went very smoothly. I would hire him again in a hearbeat to install a garbage disposal.
