I was impressed on every level--the professional job they did, the reasonable price, the punctuality of the painters. I will definitely use them again!

Three years ago I used Certapro of Boca Raton. They did a good job but forgot to paint the wall inside the TV component of the entertainment unit. I had contacted CertaPro of Boca Raton but they went out of business. I forgot about it but last week I contacted CertaPro out of a whim and CertaPro of Boyington Beach agreed to come out and complete the job for free even though it was not their job. That is great service and commitment to customer satisfaction!

Certa Pro did an excellent job taking my house from dreary to exceptional. The house was painted in dark beige everywhere, and we lightened to colors and trim. As I wrote to PETER FITCH (licensed contractor) and his Supervisor ('REGIS') at the completion of the job: Pete, WE HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE JOB YOUR SUPERVISOR, REGIS, AND HIS CREW HAVE BEEN DOING! Quite frankly, as I will post on ANGIE?S LIST, the entire job of painting our home has EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS?A ?JOB WELL DONE? FOR YOU AND YOUR ENTIRE CREW! Having maintained (and painted) my own 5 to 12 condos in San Diego from the late 1970?s thru the 1990?s, I have done a GREAT DEAL of painting myself, so, I have a pretty good idea of how difficult?and how much work---it can be to properly prepare and then paint a home the size of our new GL Home?s ?CYPRESS GRANDE? home with almost 5,000 square feet. However, you seem to have put together an OUTSTANDING crew of men who obviously take a GREAT DEAL of PRIDE in doing a job to the very best of their ability. As we walked around our new home this week with several other other ?blue-collar? contractors---who are also currently working in our home---and looked at the incredible job your CERTA PRO crew has done, even those individuals made a number of VERY POSITIVE COMMENTS regarding the professionalism of your crew. They did a beautiful job. They had to match one wall to an existing painted wall and the young man mixed three colors to get it to match exactly.

I never got an e-mail, or a follow-up call. On Wed afternoon I called Andrea to tell her, but she wasn't available. About 2 hours later I got a call from one of the people that came to my house on Monday. He asked if I'd gotten the quote, that he'd sent it Tues night. I rechecked my e-mails-nothing from him. When I said that he'd promised the quote on Monday night, he changed his story to say he'd sent it on Monday night. While I didn't believe him, I still checked all my Monday e-mails-nothing. I told him I'd given the job to someone else.

Vendor worked very well with my schedule. Did not rush me to sign a contract, in fact, we did not commit to the job until several weeks had passed, but they kept the rapport very positive.

We are very critical and have not complaints. Went smoothly and would use again. We did not have to clean up after them, and they were punctual.

I can't say enough great things about this company! Every single person I spoke with or worked with was outstanding! My original contractor bailed and I needed our exterior painted ASAP. Within one day vincente got me the estimate and they started working the next day, 7am on the dot Memorial Day! To top that they were done the next day on our 3800sq ft 2 story home! Best price in town, I called 8 others, totally reliable, dependable, efficient, and honest! If all home service companies were like this one, the world would be a better place :)!

Franchise owner came out and quoted the job. Best priced out of three estimates with the same materials except it seems they use sub contractors to do the work so not everything quoted and agreed to was done when they came out. Crew didn't speak any English and even though I explained the work needed per the written agreement, they still did not do it. and did not even bother read the instructed work order. It seemed like they just run through the routine without much attention to detail. had to call them back out twice to finish sidewalk and a few other things left undone. Driveway was never pressure cleaned before painting and paint flaked a week after done. I guess the price reflected the service in the end. While I am happy with the house paint, I would have preferred to see more attention to detail and thats why I would use the provider again if needed but would request a better crew to do the job.

After a delayed start due to some truck problems, all of the work was top-notch once they got going. Pedro and Jose were fantastic. They worked quickly and quietly with great attention to detail. They were punctual and put in a full day's work everyday. I would definitely have them back if I needed more work done.

They were great and able to get the job done quickly. I appreciate that they were able to accomodate our short notice due to a party we were hosting. We were flexible with our dates so that was helpful since they did run late finishing a job from the day before. Overall great job and great price. I would definitely use them again.

It was FANTASTIC! Unlike some of the estimates I received, Pete was very professional and gave a detailed written estimate of the work to be done. There were no extra charges. I had three estimates and CertaPro was in the middle. The project took 3 days and work was started on time everyday. I cannot say enough about Pedro and Jose, they were just WONDERFUL. They were meticulous with their painting, neat (cleaned up everyday) and very accomadating. I would give them an EXCELLENT rating. My wife and I are so satisfied with the finished project. We would definitely hire CertaPro in the future and recommend this company to everyone. I originally gave them a "B" for Price then changed it to an "A" after writing this. Well worth it and GREAT JOB!

They were very neat, and very fast.

We were very pleased with our entire experience with CertaPro of Boynton Beach. I contacted them through Angie's List (along with two other companies) to request a bid, and they were out within three days to give us an estimate. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive, but we were most impressed with their professionalism and impressive guarantee, so we gave them the job. As someone who does 99% of her own interior painting (but just didn't have the time or energy to tackle two big bathrooms), I was VERY impressed with the quality of work. The job took about a half-day more than estimated, but bathrooms always take longer than you think they will. We had one painter on the job, and he was prompt, courteous and inconspicuous for the two days he was there. I would recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a reliable, quality paint job.

Peter, arrived on time for estimate - sat down with me to review estimate and my community "paint pallet"; provided insurance requirements timely to get association approval before start of job. The two-man crew arrived on-time each of the three days! It was - day one was pressure clean and patch. I was surprised when I returned from work @ 6:00pm, they "hid" their ladders, and supplies in the bushes - so no distraction for my neighbors (or potential play toy for the children?). Day two & three were dedicated to paint ... these men were so clean - unbelievable. I dropped by at lunch time - on day 2 & 3 ... clean and neat, hardly any paint on the grass. Very polite ... EXCELLENT job. Highly recommend and will use this company again for inside painting later in the year.

Competitive bid, Peter was the only contractor who insisted on meeting one-on-one to describe services and ask questions (rather than others from Angie's List who walked property and sent an email quote) - discussed aesthetics of plugging shutter screw holes for new accordion shutters, made recommendations. Awarded business to CertraPro and asked for completion in a 2-3 week window. And I got it! Two men did the entire job in three days - and they were AMAZING! I was not home while they completed the job, I work. But did pop in on my lunch hour - they were neat, clean, no 'stuff' all over the yard. I was shocked, especially for the middle of the day. At end of the day, their ladders & drop clothes were so neatly hidden, my working neighbors didn't know they were here. Would I use CentraPro again? Pete, the owner, came out and gave us a quote and printed it all up for us. His men showed up a day early and it didn't give us time to kennel our dog, so Pete apologized for the mix-up and called us back the next day to book it. His two men came out the following day and probably did more than half of the work that needed to be done. They showed up again promptly at 8:00 am the next day and finished up. I have never seen such professionalism! The men were quiet and very diligent in their painting. They cleaned up extraordinarily well after themselves, as well. We had no qualms about leaving them alone while we ran errands. After reading other reviews on Angie's list, I knew that these men were trustworthy. We need to have the rest of the interior of the house painted and I have already told Pete that he would be hearing from us! I have no need to look further. They satisfied all our requirements for what we needed done...actually they exceeded them!!!! Thanks, Pete!

Owner was professional, and gave us a full written quote, and stuck by it, also leaving us with extra paint. He also checked the job on site, and came back to make sure no exterior areas were missed, etc. The painters were very efficient and courteous. We recommended their work a number of times since then. They finished in a timely manner.

We had some inside water damage, our roof got leak. Not only did we get the outside of the house painted and pressure cleaned, we also got the inside water damage area covered. It was like $500 less than the other companies I got a quote from. I think the quality that they did is good enough, and may be the next time we do some painting we might pay a little bit more just to have a little better outcome. The house looks great, but it is the minor things. They painted the door and I thought they were going to fix the drifts from when I painted the door, and that they would sand it a little bit and paint over it, while they just painted over the drifts. They missed a few holes in the house that we have seen now. I was not overly impressed with their attention to the little details and that just seemed to be the greatest problem. We did not know that they were going to spray and it never occurred to me to ask because generally painters go for the spray, but we like the rollers.

Pete and his crew did a great job on my two story home. I will use them again on my next job.

Any paint job is painful. Painting the interior of an entire home is something I avoided for 15 years before undertaking this challenge. I was excedingly fortunate in finding CertaPro Painters and using their services. The work was well coordinated, well done and without any problem at all. I cannot find one complaint! They always made sure I was satisfied before they continued to the next phase of the work. It was a pleasure to have these workers do their job effectively, rapidly and politely.
