Made an e-mail appointment with them for between 11am to 1pm, they came at a little after noon, and though they said the paving would take two hours, they were done in a little over an hour. They did a great job, our driveway looks great, their price was right (better than other bidders), and it's guaranteed for three years. I don't know why other reviewers said they had a hard time getting a call back after signing the approval form, but if you e-mail them (Joe is who I dealt with), they'll respond to your e-mail promptly. I definitely recommend them--without reservation.

Be prepare to clean up the dirt around the site yourself after the payment work. Soon after I was in touch with the company thru email, I learned the lack of responsiveness was due to owner was on vacation at the time. He offered to fix the area. Though I didn't take the offer because I already clean up the area, it did make me feel happy.

They did the job very well when they finally came and left the area clean. We would suggested to this company that they should have better communications with their clients. The work was scheduled for a certain day in which no one showed up and no one called to tell us they weren't coming. We called, left messages asking to see if they were coming at all and got no answer. I finally called from a different phone and got an answer. It seemed that using a phone number they were not familiar with was the way to get them to answer. I was informed they would be here near 5:00PM to begin the job which would be finished the following day. Again no one showed up until the following day and only after I made several calls as noon was approaching and we didn't want to end up waiting for nothing to happen again and losing yet another day. They finally came and completed the job in about 5 hours. Again, lack of communicating with the customer may cause these hard working people jobs. If they can change the way they communicate with their customers, this is a company I could reccomend.

Professional business; prompt service on initial estimate; gave me a range of options and held true to original estimate... in fact, even knocked almost $200 off when two neighbors saw our driveway being repaved and they decided to have it done as well; driveway looks great.

It has been raining for over 14 days here and I was sure that their schedule would be adversely effected. They showed up on the day they had booked with a large crew and took just shy of 2 hours to complete the job. The booking, contacts with the owner and the crew chief were all pleasant and professional. They listened to my concerns regarding careful attention to the sidewalk interface and the protection of an adjacent bush. We had a large sink hole between the garage and the driveway that they demolished, filled and compacted at no additional cost. The job looks great.

I and three of my neighbors had our asphalt driveways resurfaced. Washington Pavements did a very nice job, per schedule and at the cost that was quoted. We are all happy with their work. One of the houses needed base work which they did as well.

I did request a receipt and have not yet received it, other then that they did a really good job on our driveway

Washington Paving was the first to contact me - literally minutes after I submitted my information to Home Advisor. Their estimate was equal to or lower than the others and offered a better warranty. They were open to changes in the original plans with no extra charges, etc.

Good customer service and quick response. I had my asphalt driveway re-surfaced. Their price was reasonable and they offered a 3 year warranty. Only four stars for the work quality because one side of the drive-way was not completely straight. I would recommend Washington Pavements.
